Don't shop here! It is a scam. The product is not anything like the advertisement. I think they use a computer generated animation to get the robot dog to look like it moves like a real dog. They automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription costing €38 that I didn't ask for. The check out process is very deceptive: once you've approved your payment method they start offering other 'deals', and if you click on it to see what it is they automatically charge you for it. I tried to cancel the order right away but they claimed it had already been shipped. A month later I received the order and wrote to customer service to return it for a refund and they have not responded. I don't know where to return it. They don't give an address. Don't shop here!

Totally agree with the 1 star reviews! Absolute rubbish! I ordered 1 for my granddaughter who has been so upset at losing her dog of 13 years. To try and help her. I ended up paying for 3, absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise! Please avoid at all costs

I just received this Wuffy Puppy that's supposed to look/act so realistically... but it's not even CLOSE to what's shown in the commercials!
It's a cheap toy, without instructions AND included a weird metal disc that's almost the same size as the toy, so I have no idea what it's for.
I'm returning this ASAP

I ordered my 3 dec 26th and it is now Jan 20th and still no merchandise 7 to 12 days they say ha and I can't wait to see the garbage that I have heard so much about. I've also noticed how this company keeps changing its name to continue to sell garbage

We wanted to buy a toy dog for our 5 yr old grandchild. Saw an advert on you tube for Wuffy this dog that inter reacts with voice sits barks etc. my husband tried to order 1 with PayPal and in a second we had 5!!!
Tried to cancel. No Joy. Not helpful. When they arrived they were very small and only barked won’t let us return items and no refund don’t buy Wuffy it’s a scam came from China
