Terrible Online Ordering Experience
I hate to change this review for the third time but honestly, I'm done. Their return policy is practically nonexistent and they wouldn't let me return a tree topper that was not the size I expected. Then they contacted me immediately and promised to send a new star instead of giving a refund, so I was more open minded because even though I didn't want either star they were willing to be accommodating which I appreciated regardless. However, it was broken upon arrival and I have no more time or energy to deal with it. The star was ridiculously expensive, they didn't allow me to return it, and their "bigger" star which they promised to send to make up for it was still tiny and broken upon arrival. I wish they'd just allowed me to return it.

Extremely rigid return policy
Buyer beware of WTN Essentials. Please be aware of their extremely rigid return policy. It is almost impossible to return anything with this vendor unless it's damaged.

Your order was placed with Economy Shipping, which was clearly shown at checkout — and the delivery was completed within the stated timeframe. Our return policy, also displayed on our website, allows returns for damaged or incorrect items. Unfortunately, in this case, the request was made due to a change of mind, which we’re unable to accept as per our policy.
We always strive to be transparent about shipping options and return terms so our customers can make informed decisions before checkout.

I order their pet ball, the delivery was late for 2 days but they keep me updated and help me in every step, my cat loved that ball. Will order again
