What The Food Arvostelua

Order never arrived and no response from the company.
AVOID!

Placed an order and normally very good. Quick processing and quick to send out. Now been 2 weeks and I’ve not heard anything from them…no reply to emails or live chats.sent an email today and if I’ve not heard by close of play tomorrow I’ll call the credit card company.quite disappointing as never had problems in the past.happy to change me review if they get in contact

Hasnt shipped my order and doesnt reply to emails or live chat. I'm having to request a chargeback through mu credit card company. AVOID SCAM SITE

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE.
Sent me a shipping confirmation with DPD almost a month ago, but when I click through it says DPD never received the item. The company have not responded to any of my emails about this. Taking out a complaint with my credit card so will hopefully get the money back - but avoid at all costs!

Placed an order 15 days ago, still haven’t received it or any replies to messages about it!! Embarrassing company . Avoid avoid avoid

Very looooong delivery,it's about 2 weeks + no replies regarding the order.

Same as other people, no delivery, tried using many channels to get it sorted, no replies, impossible to contact anyone - Stay away, order from somewhere else

Awful awful experience with this company! If I can not give any stars, I would! Made an order and said it was delivered but I didn't receive the order! Emailed the company as there wasn't any telephone numbers to call but never received any responses back! Tried their online chat and no one was there to chat! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Great company to deal with, fast, great response and extremely helpful.
Wonderful range of products.

The quality and flavour combinations of their foods selection is unmatched. Our orders come fast. The customer service is awesome!

So I foolishly decided to order some things from this website before reading the reviews. No surprises that my order never arrived. No response too from this seller when I tried to reach out.
Luckily, I have just received a refund from PayPal.
There maybe some positive reviews on here, but I'm almost certain they're bogus.
BE WARNED, STAY WELL CLEAR!

Ordered two items. Got the confirmation etc, and the notification that the package was out for delivery. A few days later, get a message saying the delivery was delayed. There was no explanation for the delay, or a new estimated time of delivery. I tried to contact What The Food via their website.. got no reply at all. After a week, I ended up disputing the payment with PayPal, and got my money back. Judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to. Definitely something not right with this company.

Made an order 4 days ago with delivery between 2 to 3 working days. After I received the initial order confirmation that came through immediately I've received no information whatsoever regarding delivery and it doesn't appear the order has been dispatched. I've had to raise a dispute on PayPal. Disappointing as I needed the sauces for an event this weekend!!

I ordered hot sauce in bulk from here, not good. Ten days after making the order and I noticed the parcel hadn't even been picked up by carrier so I sent what the food an email. More than 10 days after *that* I still haven't received a reply email to that email, or an update on the parcel.

It's probable they don't have the item and stock but took my order anyway, and now are holding onto it even if it takes them forever to get the stock in. Not a good practice at all. You try to buy from places that aren't amazon and get this? Try else where I guess.

I ordered 6 days ago and haven’t arrive or even received a confirmation email although the money was taken from my back straight away!! Not happy at all feel like I’ve been robbed and obviously won’t be using again!!!’

Terrible service. I ordered, and have paid for, two jars of peanut rayu. Only 1 arrived. I have sent repeated emails and messages but there is no response. Avoid.

I bought a selection of Chef Larder’s sauces, and got tempted by some of the other sauces like this cool looking General Hooah’s hot sauce that’s in the shape of a grenade, how interesting?! It really was the bomb!

Also, as it was a larger order, I was so pleased that the sauce bottles were all packed securely in recyclable packaging, and was delivered in a few days! Cannot complain!

Thanks guys you’ll be seeing me again!

Good company, good price, got every in one piece, fast delivery.

Great prices , delivered quick
