Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, made sure I was getting the right part and answering queries quickly . excellent quick delivery and returning the old part was really easy to get deposit back.I would definitely use them again but hoping I won’t have to!!

Absolutely awful customer service three…
Absolutely awful customer service three times was sent faulty injectors costing me
More and more money to send back each time to get a replacement! 2 out of 6 still do not work properly and now there blaming the engine even tho the engine has been tested before the injectors were fitted! Ring to ask for a replacement to be told no only refund but I must send old ones back first then wait 12 days for my old ones to be sent back and a refund! Disgraceful customer service awful parts do not reccomend at all stay clear because they will not admit they are in the wrong by at all!
Will now be escalating to small claims court to get back my
Money as well as the price I have had to pay for the extras!
When trying to discuss on the phone there story kept changing and then he hung up on me and refused to take any more of my calls! Even tho I have a one year warrentee on these parts that have cost me £400+
Will also be posting on social media to make sure people do not use them! Disgraceful company!

We offer a 1-year warranty on our injectors, which includes either a one-time replacement within the warranty period or a refund. When you reported issues with 2 of 6 injectors. In the interest of maintaining your satisfaction, we went beyond our standard policy and offered replacements for 3 injectors. Additionally, we provided you with essential installation guidelines to help ensure proper handling and to minimize the risk of future issues.
After a few weeks, the same issue reoccurred, indicating the root cause may not be the injectors. We therefore requested you return them for testing and offered a refund.
Further replacement was declined to prevent repeated issues, as the underlying problem appears to be unrelated to the injectors themselves.
As clearly outlined in WTDiesel’s terms and policies, fitting and third-party service charges are not covered under warranty.
For any assistance regarding injectors, you can always contact our customer support team.

Communication through WhatsApp was instant and very helpful. Injector arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and was of excellent quality to do the required job. Returning the old one for return of deposit was easy.
