The website gave dimensions of the garage door springs to help with identifying what I needed. I had a question that was answered quickly, advising which spring is equivalent to the redundant one I had. Quick delivery.

I called them directly to help me select the correct garage door handle replacement, they were very helpful in helping me select the right one, processed my order straight away on the phone and the part came two days later, which was correct, very pleased

Information online about Garador locks was excellent and clear. Also the instructions online about replacing a lock was good. You did say that a screwdriver was required and this was true. A spanner was also required but presumably those people who would be interested in fitting a new lock would also have a good supply of spanners.
Delivery by GPO was good.
