The tension winding bars arrived promptly and in good order. However, whilst I could use them, their fit could have been better.

The lock is very sturdy, fits perfectly, easy to install and looks good on our garage door! Arrived sensibly packaged and on time, kept updated by emails. Also a good price. Can't fault the company or item so very happy to recommend both. Thank you.

I recently bought a replacement spring box which was easy to fit and works well.

I then decided to replace the arms and rollers. Two small points: the arms do not come with fixing bolts; the replacement arms do not allow the wires to be pulled along the line of the door (as described in the spring box instructions) making it slightly harder to lock or release the springs.

Otherwise excellent.
