I've been receiving this magazine for a few years. Unfortunately, it wasn't helpful for me after I published my children's book. This magazine is good for poets and novelists.
It's so easy to get signed up for the automatic renewing subscription that I didn't even know I did when I read an article on their website. When I went to cancel, it took me an hour to navigate to the hidden customer service contact link. I've requested cancellation and refund, three times now, with no response from the company.
I don't even remember signing up for this subscription.
I have gone through the cancellation process twice now. I have turned off the auto-renew option on their website multiple times. Each time I have done this I got a message saying it was "being processed". Despite going through all of this, I am still being charged for the subscription every month.
