They steal your money!
Don’t use them! I accidentally signed up and reached out to their customer service and they refused to refund me! Stay away they cannot be trusted, service represents the company they just steal your money!

Wrongfully charged for a subscription period
I had purchased a subscription for writehuman.ai in April 2024 for a month and then "paused" it in May 2024, since I didn't need it then. Fast forward to October 2024, I wanted to renew my previously paused subscription and went on to pay 18$ for the same. To my utter disbelief, I was charged for the month of May , which in my humble opinion was supposed to be "paused" or frozen, or whatever these guys would like to term it.
I was charged saying it's an overdue amount, the subscription period which I didn't even use their services.
I am furious, my money is gone. I paid for something I did not even use.
There is a lot of ambiguity on their site especially concerning the subscription section. Clear guidelines should be mentioned as to what does " Pausing" a subscription entails and the rules for cancellation or renewal.
I was happy with the subscription the first time I bought it but this experience has caused me inconvenience.
Please use proper and clear English on your site @writehuman.ai , as ambiguity can affect customers like me.

Rip off company, do not use
I made a one-off payment for one month, They signed me up for recurring payments without my knowledge and refused to refund my money. This is a scam, it will give you word salad and try rip you off as much as possible

I would give a 0. I purchased a year plan by accident as I wanted to purchase a monthly one. I changed the plan and reached out to the customer service and asked them to keep the money for 1 month and refund me the rest as I purchased it by accident. I got a rude reply, they don't care about their customers so please be cautious.

The only humanizer that actually works
The only humanizer that actually works. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. You’ll occasionally need to process something twice but it generally does a very good job of getting low detection scores. The built-in AI detector makes everything easy.
