I am more than satisfied with whole process! From ordering to delivery. I even had an extra wish that was not included in offer and they was willing to help me out. I was contacting them under delivery time once or twice and I got response in 2-3 hours. I am very satisfied with my watch and I know what I’m talking about because I own 42 timepieces right now!

Do not buy a watch from here
Do not buy a watch from here. It came from a third party in China and I never received it. They called me prejudice and a liar because I told them it was shipped from China and not them. Even though my watch said delivered USPS said it isn’t even in their system in my local USPS postal center. They did nothing to fix this! Scam!

When you reported supposed non-receipt, we immediately offered our standard procedure: file a missing-mail investigation with USPS (all our shipments are fully insured, and we refund any parcel lost). You declined to do so, preventing any possibility of a refund or replacement, and making clear the real intentions of your inquiry, since to our request of opening a claim with USPS you replied "I make 400k a year. I have a high end watch collection vs this 200 dollar watch. I find that very offensive. Since you want to be a dickhead about it I will just take it up with my card company and write you a nice little review!"
Our watches are crafted by professional watchmakers in Barcelona, Singapore, and Hong Kong—locations we disclose clearly on our website. You’ve implied that sourcing from our workshop in one of these locations is somehow improper; by contrast, many leading manufacturers (including Seiko, with 90% of its own production in China) rely heavily on Chinese-based production.
And what is this "third party" nonsense you conjure up? Please, you are only showing the degree of your misled prejudice, there are people of our team working there, just like there are in the other countries, would you be calling them a third party if you had received the package from our Singaporean watchmakers?
We will not tolerate baseless allegations of fraud or prejudice. Should you choose to initiate the proper USPS investigation, we remain ready to resolve this matter in full. Otherwise, we consider this issue closed, and we ask that you refrain from further defamatory commentary.
BUYER BEWARE!!
Avoid this website at all costs! They pretend to be out of Barcelona with an Italian WhatsApp number, but when your watch ships, it comes out of China. They sent me a so-called tracking number after my watch had supposedly shipped, but when I clicked on the link, it just created an error. I contacted the company to get a real tracking number and they said that there had been a mistake and my watch had not yet shipped. They instantly produced a label, but still refused to give me an updated tracking number. I began sensing that it was a Chinese scam so I demanded a refund. Whoever was on the other line of their WhatsApp account was incredibly rude to me and threatened me. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card. All I had to do was provide screenshots of the nasty interaction over WhatsApp and capital one refunded me immediately. Avoid this scam company at all cost costs.

As stated on our About Us page, we ship from three locations: Hong Kong, Barcelona, and Singapore. You contacted us claiming that, because your order was shipped from our Hong Kong facility, you would open a dispute. Not only is this assertion demonstrably incorrect—90 % of Seiko’s own production is in China—but it is also incredibly racist.
Nonetheless, as with all customers, had you requested shipment from Barcelona or Singapore instead of our Hong Kong workshop, we would have gladly accommodated you. You never made such a request, nor did you review our stated shipping locations; instead, you made unfounded assumptions and blamed us.
We informed you that, since the package had already been dispatched, you could simply wait for delivery and then return it to us for a full refund. You instead chose to file a dispute without returning the watch and with the apparent intention of defrauding us. We even provided you with a photograph of the finished product alongside its shipping label as proof of shipment—the package is currently in transit—yet you still opened a dispute in bad faith.
Please be advised that the tracking information is fully functional—as demonstrated in our chat—and you may monitor it directly on the USPS website.
Kindly cease making false assertions.
We will share screenshots of this correspondence with any customer who questions our procedures. You may contact us directly via WhatsApp at +39 351 358 8651 in regards to it.
Despite enduring your baseless and racist accusations, we offered a no-cost, full-refund return to a U.S. address to simplify the process. Your rant appears designed solely to manufacture an excuse for an unlawful dispute.
As with all such cases, we will forward the matter to our Compliance Officer, and pursue legal remedies. You will be contacted within two to three business days once the filings with the Brownsville Police Department, IC3, and FTC have been completed.
It is vital for us to prevent such fraudulent behavior, both to safeguard our business and to discourage similar conduct that harms small companies daily.
This episode has saddened and outraged us. We once again urge you to return the product upon receipt and obtain a refund like any reasonable person would. We cannot fathom the motivation behind your actions; it is both inappropriate and distressing.

All I have to say is WOW, I couldn't be happier!!!
I can't believe what a great experience using this company was. Since this was the 1st time I'd used Wristmodding I had reservations regarding the quality of the watch I ordered. It was lengthy from time of purchase to receiving the watch, but when it came the quality made it worth the wait! The customer service during the wait was amazing by not only answering every question I had in a timely manner, but also got me the NATO straps I wanted including offering more options than I'd initially requested. The only problem with the whole experience is now not even 1 month after getting the watch I'm ready to buy another fueling my addiction. I'm giving top marks for the amazing selection they offer, the quality of the MOD I received, and the wonderful customer service that made the whole experience better than I imagined!

One of the best out there
My Bruce Wayne GMT arrived today. Absolutely love it! This is my 4th watch from Wrist Modding and it was built exactly how I asked for it. Great work guys!! I’m hooked on their watches and now trying to decide what my 5th watch will be in the next few weeks. Also, reasonably priced when compared to other mod suppliers.

Customer support was so fast and helpful so great job for that! Ordered the Seiko Royal Oak Lady 33mm for myself and Santos Two Tone as a gift. After the package was shipped I reached out for an additional bracalet, they immediately assisted me.(Express delivery took 10 days) I was stunned at the quality of these!
