Wrestling Champions Arvostelua

A little issue with how long it took to take delivery after order, spoke with customer service team who after my initial complaint about my issue responded and explained why there was a slight delay and sent me my tracking number and website of company who were handling my product. Took delivery today aew belt is great quality.

My order was placed on the 1st September 2023 and I was told that shipping would be within 9-10 days. If you take working days into consideration that means my belt should have shipped on Friday 15th September 2023. I was told that the belt was shipped on Monday 18th September 2023 and that the belt would arrive with me in 5-6 days - that was fine.

Needless to say the belt hasn't shown up... I have chased this up nearly every single day, being told that the title has been shipped, or "we will get tracking to you by today". I have heard the last line 3 times at least.

If I actually had a belt in my posession to review the quality of, perhaps I wouldn't be leaving a 1* star review.

IF the belt is received I will update my review but so far I am not optimistic. This very much is either a scam or a case of massively overpromising and severely underdelivering.

The veracity of the below reviews is questionable, avoiding this company would be my advice.

UPDATE 05/10/23: I received an email from WrestlingChampions.co.uk on the day I posted this review (27/09/23) asking me to remove it and showing me my name on a list of orders confirming I was next in line. The screenshot of my order also included names and order numbers of plenty of others as well - not a good day for GDPR at all. I was told I would have my belt in 5-6 days, needless to say I have no belt in my posession 8 days later…

UPDATE 13/10/2023: The belt never turned up. Seemingly WrestlingChampions.co.uk like to blame their delivery partner? I made at least 4 different requests for my order to be cancelled and for me to be refunded; all of them ignored until today. I have finally received notification that my refund has been issued.

I will never order from this company again and I will advise anyone I know in the belt collecting community to follow the same action. Appalling.

Delivery took a while and the packaging of the product was pretty mediocre, but overall I’m pleased with my belt. It’s always been a of mine to own a proper wrestling belt, and to finally be able to at an affordable price, I’m very happy. Delivery waiting time aside, I would recommend wrestlingchampions!

Belt looks and feels great. My only issue is I did not get any updates on dispatch/delivery date until I emailed them. However they replied quickly and the belt arrived when they said it would. Already considering my next purchase.

The experience was fantastic! Once they got to my order, they updated me with pictures and told me when my order will be completed. They done my belts specifically as I asked and made sure they were exactly to my liking before beginning the production process. 10 out of 10 would recommend and buy from them again.

Great quality.
