If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order in June and the money was taken out straight away. Despite several emails which were never replied to the item was never delivered and it is now September

I've been total mugged-off!
I ordered a personalised mug from Wrappiness on 18 June 2026 as a 40th anniversary gift to my wife. The order was marked as delivered on 3 July, but it was delivered to an address 110 miles away from me, that I did not provide, and I never received the item.
Despite contacting Wrappiness and explaining the situation, I have still not received a satisfactory refund or resolution. I have therefore been forced to raise a dispute with my card provider simply to recover my own money.
The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on what happened to me, I would not order from Wrappiness again and would strongly advise potential customers to thing very carefully before handing over their money.

I have ordered from this company, they have taken the money from my bank, I was told there would be a confirmation of order email and tracking details, no email and no item delivered, I contacted their customer service by email you can’t phone, (how convenient for them), on three occasions, no reply at all, I will continue to contact and take further legal action against them until U get my money back. my bank have said they will look into this as a scam!!! and may be able to return my money even though it was paid from my bank account not credit card. Do not buy from this company, it’s looking very much like a scam

I paid for expedited delivery and never got my item. They just strung me along. It was very aggravating. Don’t ever buy from them. I have reported them to the better business bureau.

Terrible. Item arrived broken. Sent them two separate contact forms with photos. No reply at all. They don't care once they have your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Appalling product. Nothing like the advertised product. It was a present for my son but it would be an embarrassment to give it to him. Won’t refund. Do not buy from these.

I purchased two of their coins (Pocket Hugs) for my sons which cost me £40 after their welcome discount. I thought it would be worth it as they look good quality on their website and on their many social media adverts. I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews first as when they arrived I was genuinely shocked to see that they were probably made for a tenth of what I paid for them. If not less. Barely readable poor quality stickers not even placed straight onto a cheap little plain metal coin. I’ve asked for a full refund from them only to be offered a 30% refund from someone in their customer services called Neuman. I asked again for a full refund and am now getting no replies. They were made in china and transported via USA according to the tracking info I got twice daily. They also took weeks to arrive. As I didn’t pay via PayPal of with my credit card (I used Apple Pay) then I have no chance of getting my money back. They will literally go in the bin as I wouldn’t give them to anyone and that is no exaggeration. Be warned people, do not buy from these scammers.

Ordered two flower items for Mother’s Day, one arrived broken with petals and leaves falling likely from transit which can happen. But never heard a response from the company for a replacement.

Second item/order arrived as a gift and the petals and flower stem were not even attached st all, shipped in separate individual bags.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Please do not order from this company. I looked at a T shirt, but I didn't realise I'd actually ordered it. I got an email saying I had ordered it. I replied within 30 mins asking to cancel the order. They replied saying I needed to cancel within 3 hrs..... and I was too late. Absolutely appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!

The product does not match the description at all. The quality is very poor – it feels cheap and poorly made. I’m disappointed and would not recommend it. Money wasted.
It’s basically just a sticker applied onto a piece of metal – there is no proper machining, no real stamping or embossed detail in the metal.

Do NOT buy from this site unless you live in the USA. I ordered an item - it was delivered on time and the item was perfect. It cost me £17 - so great value. HOWEVER, a few weeks later I got an invoice from FedEx saying I had to pay import tax of £43 !!!! - more than double the cost of the item. This item appears to be be sent from USA.... So unless you live in the USA or willing to pay twice the item cost for import tax - then do NOT buy from here - the site also does not make clear that you are liable to for this tax.

Bought the personalized whiskey glass for my husband. All of the lettering came off. Such a huge waste of money!

The carrier tried but failed to deliver Your shipment with tracking number UK884453469YP.

Not once has there been an attempt to deliver, so either the carrier has made a mistake or the site is a complete fraud.

I received notification that my parcel had been delivered but when I went to track it it showed it had been delivered to Scotland! I have had no communication with the company since. They are ignoring me. This amounts to theft in my view. Avoid this company at all costs

Wrappiness never delivered my product by Christmas as promised. Product ordered December 12 and did not deliver and I am still waiting. Products were confirmed, promise, tracking said, stuck in customs, and somehow they change the date on my order so it looked like my order had not been placed on time!
