Wraith Estates  Arvostelua

The room I got is very nice and well furnished. Kitchen appliances are all working well and nothing to complain about. Their team highly respond in a professional manner.

They are just a call away with repairs and any problems you have. Will definitely miss their high standard finishing of their property and yearly Christmas gifts.

Good stay experience. Immediate response and support on all queries.

Quick, efficient and very helpful throughout the renting process.

They gave me detailed explanations, responded kindly, and listened attentively to what I had to say. I'm so happy to stay in this property and contract with this company!!

Quick response to maintenance, repairs and other issues when needed. No issues had with amenities provided. Even when the washing machine broke down, it was repaired in a matter of days. Friendly and helpful agents. 10/10 would recommend

Nice and safe area, close to tubes and the centre. The studio is absolutely the same as in the video, modern with plenty of storage and with a well equipped kitchen; the house itself is very nice and clean, also I like that there is a bike storage.
The team is every nice and responds quickly.

Every complaint made by me was immediately attended to! Had minimal issues during my stay on the property

The fact that the teams give a quick response to complaints whenever I contact them made my stay in the flat amazing. Nice flat, good team. Keep it up👍

I like the fact that the property is very close to train and bus station.. easy to commute to different locations.

Well perfect property, well furnished.

Great studio, clean building, and amazing support from Niraj.
Highly recommend!

When I entered the apartment was cleaned and very realistic from the pictures of the website. All the people that work at the agency are very kind and willing to help. The neighbour is very safe and well furnished of every kind of shops. Usually 30 min to go to the city centre, so the position is perfect. If you like yo our own privacy but at the same time you want to stay with other people, I really recommend this place!

Really good services! Always here when you need it! I recommend it highly.

Very professional, efficient and caring: moving in, deposit protection, inventory, consideration of my pet, fault resolving, security, access to additional facilities such as bike storage, mattress topper, tumble dryer, hoover etc. All considered- service definitely above my expectations! Highly recommend!

Excellent service throughout tenancy. Would 100% recommend to others.

I enjoyed your service and will surely recommend you to interested customers. Kudos to Niraj and other team members

Great customer service. Very friendly and always quick to respond. Extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience throughout. From the first moment I contacted Wraith Estates; the communication and service was first class. From organising a viewing same day on a Sunday; to the speed and ease of putting down the deposit, paying rent and moving in; to now as a tenant loving living here. I would highly recommend Wraith Estates and the high quality service of Niraj and Francisca.

Wraith Estates have been incredible. They managed to restore and refurbish our property within weeks and had tenants moved in straight away. We’ve mostly been impressed with their communication and the manner in which they work, which quick and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to several landlords

Being a busy Accountant and having been let down by a high street agent - i was looking for a reliable property management company. I was recommended to Wraith Estates. From the get-go their experience and expertise shone through. They were able to let my property to a great, professional tenant within 1.5 weeks. The firm is very professional and managed all aspects of the letting process. They are a great team to deal with and have left me very stress free, knowing my property is in safe hands. Highly recommended.
