1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing – Looks Like a Scam

I had a very bad experience with WPToolMart. Most of the items I purchased were not downloadable and kept showing errors. When I tried to request a refund, the email address they provided didn’t work, and the customer service number only informed me that the items “cannot be refunded.”

This feels like a complete scam. There is no proper support, no working contact information, and no accountability. I do not recommend buying anything from WPToolMart.

Awesome themes, great support

The item delivered in less than 5 minutes. I got a massive support and quick response from the support team. They guided me step by step through installation and activation.

The customer service is phenomenal . Quick replies, even if it's late in time..

For sure it will not be my last experience with them. Highly recommended.

I accidentally paid twice

I accidentally paid twice, but the WP Tool Mart team responded quickly and fixed everything professionally. They activated my membership right away and even added extra months as compensation.

The downloads work perfectly, the files are original, and the support is friendly and helpful.
Very satisfied!

Highly recommended.

I bought four plugins this year

I bought four plugins this year, and thery all are work perfectly with no erros on my sites. If a new version of any plugin is released , u can simply ask them and they provide the updated version within a few hours.
I can definitely recommend these guys.

They are scams! They send empty files. I paid yesterday. They blocked me on their FB page and their Inbox
