⭐ “Exceptional Support — Luis Got My Website Back Online Fast!” ⭐
I’ve been extremely impressed with WPMU DEV’s service and support. Recently, my site went down and their technician (Luis) stepped in, diagnosed the issue and had it back up and running in minutes. He was calm, knowledgeable, explained exactly what went wrong, and made sure everything was stable before ending the chat. It felt like they genuinely cared, not just “here’s a ticket, good luck”.
Beyond that standout incident, I’ve used their platform for plugin/hosting/maintenance work and they consistently deliver on these points:
Outstanding support — Live chat response times are very fast; agents stay engaged and don’t pass the buck.
Comprehensive tool-set — From backups, updates, performance monitoring, security, site management—everything is available in an integrated way.
Strong performance and reliability — With multiple client sites, I’ve found the uptime and service quality very good.
Agency/freelancer friendly — With white-label capabilities, client portals, consolidated dashboards, it works really well for managing multiple WP sites under one roof.
Transparent value — Given the support level and tools bundled in, the cost is justified—especially for someone like me doing site builds, maintenance, and hosting all in one.
I highly recommend WPMU DEV to any web designer, developer or agency managing WordPress sites. They’ve earned my trust and I won’t hesitate to keep using them for future projects.

An absolute recommendation from me!
I have been using the very good plugins for a very long time. Now I have also migrated the last websites to wpmudev hosting. The normal plans are certainly enough for small projects. But even the smallest Plus package (Bronze Plus) really makes a website fly. An absolute recommendation from me!
PLUS: The support is fantastic. Whether live chat or support tickets. A good example of how things should work.

Expert customer support - even on integration with other services
I had some problems running the security scan from the Hub (wpmudev/Defender Pro dashboard) and I have so many Cloudflare settings that it is hard to see which setting is blocking the access. Weirdly enough, when I added the other IP addresses to my custom rule (skip challenge) Cloudflare access logs said "No suspicious activity" and "Not mitigated" but it was still blocked. Sajjad Rahat found out for me that the free Cloudflare plan Bot Fight Mode does not respect custom rules if you're on the free plan. You have to get the Cloudflare premium plan with Super Bot Protection, and then administrator's custom rules are respected. After turning off Bot Fight Mode in Cloudflare, the wpmudev Hub could finally request a scan from my wordpress website server. This gives me some relief, as I can now scan for malware/infections/suspicious site visitors whenever I want again. I have some experience with Cloudflare, but would not have found out if not for Sajjad's help! I'm glad it could be resolved.

We’ll make sure Sajjad sees your kind words!
Amazing service
WPMU Dev is an amazing company with an amazing service. Every single time I asked for help, they provided it quickly and with no strings attached. I used their Forminator Quizzes plugin, which is very powerful and flexible as it integrates with my own php site seemlessly. The team helped me with some custom scripts and they worked for many years, but now I have to go, since I implemented my own quiz feature.

Support was very helpful and even when I had to leave and come back, the next support person could see my last chat and we picked up where we left off instead of having to explain everything over again. I got lots of good articles to walk me through things, and they stayed online with me while I tried their suggestions. It was all solved, and I couldn't be happier with the product and service!
