Dishonest membership pricing
I been member of this platform more than 5 years. I witnessed their business model and focus changed from multisite to currently support + hosting.
I decided to terminate membership (agency level) due to I personally found their pricing is dishonest. Renewal pricing is so much more expensive than new user and they never stated at their website, luring new users thought it's yearly renewal pricing but in fact it was only for new user.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unmatched Support – WPMU DEV Goes Above & Beyond!
I’ve used a lot of hosting and WordPress service providers, but WPMU DEV stands in a league of their own when it comes to customer support. Every time I reach out for help, their team doesn’t just give generic responses—they dive deep into the weeds and actively work to resolve issues, even when they’re beyond the scope of their own plugins or services.
It’s not just support—it’s hands-on problem-solving. Whether it’s diagnosing conflicts, optimizing performance, or troubleshooting WordPress quirks, WPMU DEV’s team consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it with any other provider. If you need a WordPress hosting and plugin service that genuinely has your back, this is it.
Highly recommend!
