WPExperts Arvostelua

I was very impressed by the support of our woocommerce extension, Bulk Order Table. Mubashir Butt at WPExperts.io went above and beyond — he personally reviewed and cleaned up our products, fixed duplicates, added custom CSS and explained everything clearly. He not only identified why our variable and simple products displayed differently, but also edited more than 70 products of our products one by one, converting grouped products into variables and fixing the form where needed so everything displayed properly. He even helped me fix a problem that wasn't related to the extension. Outstanding support that makes this plugin even more valuable!

I purchased this as a lifetime license, and decided to try it out. I had compatibility issues between this plugin and MainWP, but Muhammed Usama Azad of the Password Protected team was able to debug the issue quickly and provide a fix. It is appreciated.

Very helpful with prompt support. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Muddasir Hayat and Mirza Hamza for their great support, they helped me with connecting the GF Google Sheet Connector plugin to Google Sheets.
There was an issue where the checkbox fields weren’t being transferred into the Google Sheet, so I reached out to them for support.
To my great surprise, they fixed it very quickly!
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such fast, professional, and excellent service. Well done!

I recently purchased the "Quote for WooCommerce" plugin from WPExperts to build a complex, custom quoting workflow for a client. The plugin itself is powerful and has a great set of features for any business needing a professional quoting system.

However, where WPExperts truly stands apart is their absolutely world-class customer support. I ran into a very difficult technical conflict between the plugin and a popular but complex theme. I was at a complete standstill and unable to move the project forward.

I reached out to their support team, and the help I received from Fahad Waheed in support and the developer Saleem was simply outstanding. Their communication was fast, they understood the technical issue perfectly, and they were incredibly professional throughout.

Instead of just offering a temporary fix, the team took the time to understand my business needs and went above and beyond by implementing a brand new feature directly into the plugin to solve my specific problem. The solution worked perfectly and was a complete game-changer for the project.

It is rare to find a company so genuinely committed to their customers' success. I can recommend WPExperts without a single hesitation. The quality of their plugins is matched only by the quality of their incredible support team. Thank you, Fahad and Saleem

Fast and helpful support.
Thank you, Muddasir Hayat

I’ve been using the Password Protected plugin on several WordPress sites, and it’s proven to be stable, lightweight, and very effective. When I explored the Premium version, I reached out with some questions, and Muhammad Usama Azad responded quickly with clear, helpful answers.

The plugin works exactly as promised, and the support from Muhammad Usama Azad gave me complete confidence in upgrading to the Premium version. Highly recommended for anyone looking to protect their WordPress content with precision and ease.

Quick, effective response. Very courteous.

Fast, kind and pro answer from Muddasir Hayat (and developer Uzair Hanif) for a Wordpress Plugin issue. Problem solved within 24h. Nothing to add!

I had great experience with the WPExperts Support team, Muddasir Hayat and Uzair Hanif solved perfectly the problem I had with the plugin "New User Approve".
I recommend to use their plugins!
Thank you!
Andrea

Pretty quick to respond with a solution. Even though I ended up going a different direction, I really appreciated the quick reply and the follow-ups! Good to know that when you've exhausted your own efforts, someone who knows the product well is ready to help.

Muhammad Usama Azad of the WP Experts Support Team responded quickly with the relevant information I needed to correct some issues I had caused while setting up my account. He advised me on how to access a different plan than what I had originally chosen and how to activate it on my WordPress website. I appreciate the help I immediately received, which solved all my problems. He was great!

El soporte es muy bueno. Me ayudaron mucho incluso sin ser su plugin.
Me atendió Fahad Waheed y fue muy comprensivo y profesional.

The WordPress plugin Advanced File Manager Shortcode is very useful and flexible. The customer support is very committed. For example, I got very obliging help during the migration from the old to the current licensing model

I've been using them for years and never had any issues. At some point, I had to switch relay service and use a different API which caused me some minor issues. They responded almost immediately when I reached out to get to a solution. Absolutely the best SMTP service for Wordpress!

Plugin issues are always frustrating, but Muddasir Hayat at WPExperts knows how to calm that frustration with quick response times, thorough investigation, and prompt feedback and resolve. Thank you, Muddasir!

Perfect support, Muddasir Hayat was able to respond very quickly to my Rest API endpoint issue, for immediate results ☺️

We had a complex issue where the quote form wasn't displaying correctly after updating the cart, and role-based pricing reverted to default. The support team guided us step by step with clear, effective solutions until everything worked flawlessly.
The Quote for WooCommerce plugin does exactly what it promises and is a great fit for B2B use cases.
Truly appreciate the help and professionalism—highly recommended!

We bought Quote for WooCommerce. A lot of issues, but support helped us well. They even provided custom code to solve some issues. Amazing!
