There was only one Roulette game - Gravity Roulette - that was a close fit for my play-time attention. Although enjoyable, it could use an extra boost by including an Autoplay option. I noticed that some Roulette games on WOW Vegas has Autoplay, except for Gravity Roulette. Interestingly, Gravity Roulette on another casino website has the Autoplay option.

​I am a Gold VIP member and have been waiting 7 business days for a redemption that is still stuck in "Pending" status—it hasn't even moved to processing. According to Wow Vegas’s own VIP terms, I should have priority handling, yet I am experiencing significant delays.
​What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I have reached out via email multiple times, but after an initial acknowledgment that the redemption is late, the team has gone silent. I simply asked which department my request was escalated to (Compliance, Finance, etc.) so I could understand the bottleneck, and I received no reply.
​As a loyal player who has reached Gold status, I expect the "priority service" promised. I would like my redemption processed immediately or a clear explanation as to why it is being held up.

As a Gold VIP, I waited over 10 days for a $1,800 redemption with zero human communication. The delay was so excessive that I ended up playing through the balance while waiting for a response that never came.
​While I understand the coins were played, the lack of priority support—which is a promised benefit of my VIP tier—directly led to this outcome. I am requesting a Goodwill SC credit to my account to compensate for the 10+ day delay and the total failure of the VIP support system. I would like to remain a loyal player, but the current experience has not met the Gold VIP standard nor any standard. I'm highly upset with the communication towards this experience. Maybe this is a scam site. They delay so you're tempted to keep playing and that's okay in their eyes. Real casinos pay you and let you walk out anytime you want. 10+ days for a redemption as a Gold VIP is just disrespectful to customers. So to anyone reading this, please know this company does not honor their terms or your concerns. They just want your money. Hope this helps save many people from using this site.

Worst customer service. They don’t like to pay when you redeem and make you jump through millions of hoops just to get your money. Customer service is absolutely no help for any questions you have. Would not recommend playing this casino unless you just want to throw your money away.
