They wont verify me because my name is Christopher on my id but all my bills say chris. I cant get ahold of customer service they won't return email or chats. No live support either i have prob 30 emails between myself and their chat bot trying to get someone and nothing.

My address on my profile needs to be updated so I can’t make a redemption. I’ve sent in all the documents several times. I’m not getting anybody to respond it’s all the same AI messaging. It has to be manually changed by customer support. It’s been over 48 hours and no updates. I’d like my account updated with my address so I can get paid. I spend a lot of money so I should be able to hear from a human on what the issue is. Once everything is updated in a timely manner and I get my redemption. I will update my review to five stars.
