WOW Telecom proposed a new, more advanced and flexible VOIP system from Yealink, that was cheaper than our current Mittel system! They are also far easier to get hold of for support than our previous provider. Trevor then 'knocked it out of the park' by offering to double our Lease Line speed, again, for a far cheaper cost - what's not to love?
The Yealink / Linkus mobile app and desk top client is a game changer for those working from home.

The tech itself is effectively the same, but WOW took the time to listen to our needs and tailor our new phone system to work the way we need it to. I had been bashing my head against a brick wall with my previous company. Our service was very poor and at times, as a company we could not work, and in the evenings we could not watch anything that needed to stream because we spent more time watching the buffering circle of doom.
WOW Telecom contacted me and we decided after a visit that the only way forward for us was to install Starlink. WOW gave us a very competitive quote so we decided to go ahead. Once we were signed up the process was very quick and all through the change over to the new system they kept us informed. Refreshingly, if I had any queries there was always someone at the end of the line, and no que to talk to an actual person. Our system has been installed for just under a month and we have no queries or worries. Our speed out to the internet is 50 times better than it was and our upload speed means we can all work without impacting on one another. I would recommend this company without any reservations.

I have never dealt with a company with such amazing staff, from dealing with contracts to installation they were a great help all through the process. Trevor who was my first point of contact, was lovely, he didn't overload me with all the technology talk and helped us through the process. And they regularly checked in with us or gave us regular updates during the process of the change. They dealt with everything, so our company was not disrupted during the change over. I cant believe how fast the installation was and how brilliant Andrew was. He made sure to answer every question i had, and helped explained everything to my colleagues, he was really helpful and kind! They really are the best!!
