The box it came in was clearly used as it was taped on the sides. When I emailed them with pictures of the wig and box and they responded that it wasn't their box so I sent them the top part that showed the name. No response back.

The package arrived in Toluca, Mexico (where I reside) fairly quickly. Given the holiday season (Christmas/New Year/Three Kings Day), I anticipated some delays. However, after submitting all my tax ID (RFC/CURP) and contact info, I hit a wall. Communication with FedEx stalled, and my emails were bouncing back.
