Explorer Travel Holidays by Toni Arvostelua

I had a big travel year ahead of me an Toni helped that go very smoothly. She helped by booking multiply group tours, finding good deals on flights and giving amazing suggest in Japan. Her pervious travel experience was amazing, she was able to give me key information on places to stay and visit in Japan which made the trip even more special. I'd highly recommended using Toni !

Off to the Land of the Rising Sun

Did I really need to use this service? Absolutely. I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks and have only now done it, so planning and booking a holiday would never have happened if left to me.

Toni has been fantastic from the start, helping us select what we truly wanted from our trip and planning an itinerary that achieved everything within the budget we had.
When we asked about other options around hotels and regions, Toni would provide several alternative options for us to review before we ultimately returned to the original locations she had provided because, guess what, she had selected the best facilities to meet our needs.

All of our communications were responded to without delay, and where the enquiry might take a little longer, Toni always gave an expected time frame to be able to obtain the information for us.

Once satisfied and booked, Toni then prepared a very detailed itinerary for us, which gave us a breakdown of all travel arrangements, transfers, etc., but it was also full of good advice and tips for making our time in Japan more enjoyable and clearly showed the personal knowledge and experience that Toni has of Japan herself.

I will be a returning customer, and I have recommended Toni to all my friends and family. You are her priority, and nothing is too difficult for her as she truly cares, and that shines through in her professionalism and dedication.

Thank you, Toni.

Just returned from an incredible weekend in Luxembourg, planned and booked with Toni. From the start, she intuitively knew what I would enjoy, found the best hotels and experiences, at the best price. Toni made a dream of staying in a real Chateau a reality, with stunning food, stunning wine, and a stunning spa cave experience. Toni is so experienced in travel, everything felt easy, and went so smoothly. For anyone thinking of booking through Toni, do it! You won’t find someone more experienced and more passionate about seeing the world, and helping make those dreams a reality for others. I’ve already booked my next trip with her, and cannot recommend Toni highly enough! Thanks Toni!

I recently booked through Toni and have been on my holiday and i have to say she catered to my every need!
We wanted a girls holiday on a budget and she found somewhere for us in Cyprus with a lovely all inclusive hotel, a short walk from town and the beach and plenty of places to get dinner and cocktails!
I cant wait to book our next holiday through her!

Answered my query really quickly.
Great communication.
Found my identical holiday £100 cheaper.
Easy process.

A fantastic booking experience from start to finish. Toni was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. The booking process was very straightforward and all my (numerous!) upgrades and requests were sorted out. Booking something as important as a holiday online can feel very stressful but Toni took the stress out of it. Thank you!

10/10 experience.
Toni worked with me to find the best destination for our Honeymoon. We needed good flight times and a hotel that out 2 year old little boy would also enjoy
Thank you Toni

Excellent service, very patient coming up up with different options for us.
Very knowledgeable and able to answer my many questions. Always very responsive to emails. Great deal was able to beat online package price.
Tailor made our holiday and arranged private transfers.
Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful thorought the process. Would recommend.

Toni couldn’t have been more helpful. She completed so many searches for us as we’re so indecisive, but this wasn’t any trouble for her. It’s resulted in a great holiday deal.

I came to Toni with a loose idea of what I wanted. She gave me some great practical and fantastic ideas, which I chewed over. Then; after changing it twice ( considerably) I went back to her first suggestion. She must have been pulling her hair out, but didn't show it and still smiled and laughed it off. Great service from an awkward customer. Thank you Toni.

Toni was extremely helpful and patient, made some great suggestions and put together an amazing trip

Toni was determined to help my family find a holiday that was within specific dates we required and within our budget. We had certain requests and she was able to work with us and find us multiple packages to choose from which ticked every box. Her communication was quick and informative. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding our specific destination and was able to offer us advice to choose appropriate excursions for our children which we hadn’t thought of.

Thank you so much Toni for helping us create the holiday of a life time. It truly is a once in a lifetime experience and we couldn’t be happier with the holiday or your amazing service.

I am so pleased that we found Toni and used her to help plan our Asia trip later this year. We are well travelled and often arrange our own trips, but it was absolutely wonderful to let someone else take the organising strain this time!
It very quickly became apparent that Toni has STACKS of experience in the travel industry, alongside being very personable and easy to deal with. Her wealth of knowledge helped us plan a tailor made trip that was exactly what we wanted, at a price that was far more competitive than the 'big names' could do - I couldn't recommend her highly enough! Thanks Toni!

I can’t thank Toni enough! Not a standard package holiday requirement as my needs were around a diving break, but she listened, understood and delivered. She even located a dive school for us and arranged our courses.
The hotel was everything we asked too.
Thank you from the 4 diving amigos!

We gave Toni some dates and some ‘essentials’ that we wanted for a relaxing break away. She was excellent throughout the smooth process of finding the perfect getaway.

Toni gave us a few options all with prices and a full itinerary. Made for a very well informed decision.

We booked with ease through Toni and had the best time away.

Couldn’t recommend Toni enough - if you want that extra special personal touch with your getaway!
