Thanku Bhavna☺️

This company demanded a five star review before the deal was completed. Anything they tell you should be taken with a pinch of salt

Bhavna and Rahul delivered excellent service throughout the entire process. Their after-sales support was particularly impressive—they remained highly engaging, consistently supportive, and always courteous over the phone. A truly great experience.

Semmi (and Sandy) provided brilliant personalised care, following up on a scheduled airline change by going the extra mile when offering us available alternatives, going to great lengths to phone/text...to get this sorted to our satisfaction as soon as possible.

Good advice and communication from Rahul. I received my e-ticket within the promised timeframe. Bhavna was also kind enough to call a few days later to check that everything had gone well. Thank you both for your excellent customer service and support throughout the process.

Suksham was wonderfully helpful in organising and securing a tricky last minute long distance flight for a conference. Was alway available (and out of hours too) for questions and help when needed. This is the second time I have used this company and very impressed. Thank you to Suksham.

I had a wonderful experience with Semmi from World Tour Store. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process, especially with filling out my compensation claim and booking my tickets.
She made everything much easier and took the time to guide me through each step patiently and professionally. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service, kindness, and prompt assistance.
Thank you so much, Semmi, for your great help. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks to Bhavna Dutt and Honey at world tours for sorting out my flights. Managed to get a great deal with them. Easy and professional and kept up-to-date with everything. Top class will be returning to book more flights real soon.

everything was okay we are happy

Suksham here from World Tour store is soo helpful and so kind I highly recommend

Rohith was very helpful when Emirates cancelled one leg of my flight to Sydney via Dubai. The airline offered me an 8 hr stopover in Dubai which was too long for an 80 yr old lady. Rohith worked hard at getting me a later flight from London so my stopover would be only 2.30 hrs. He proved to be very professional, polite and communicative in his dealings with me.

Bhivana helped with another coworker and did booking promptly. Explained the airline’s cost and fees for services and when things changed. E tickets arrived within a good time. Overall very positive experience

I was having issues with e- ticket which a bi delay but Thank God Bhavna (layla) we was very patience, kind , understanding and professional with her job and had customer relationships ,was able to help me resolve the issue and my e- was issues to me just as promised
