World of Tanks Arvostelua 117

Mon expérience avec le support de Wargaming a été extrêmement décevante.

J’ai reçu une suspension temporaire de 3 jours sur World of Tanks pour “obstruction intentionnelle d’un allié” le 15/05/2026 avec l’Object 430U.

Le problème n’est pas seulement la sanction, mais surtout la gestion catastrophique du support derrière.

Après avoir vérifié le replay complet de ma seule partie concernée ce jour-là, je n’ai constaté aucun contact volontaire avec un allié. J’ai donc ouvert plusieurs tickets simplement pour demander :

* le moment exact de l’incident ;
* l’action précise reprochée ;
* ou un replay/extrait permettant de comprendre la décision.

À chaque fois, j’ai reçu exactement la même réponse générique copiée/collée rappelant le règlement, sans jamais répondre aux questions posées.

Le support a ensuite fermé mes tickets sans réelle analyse apparente du replay fourni, puis a fini par m’indiquer que tous les futurs tickets seraient fermés sans réponse.

J’ai parfaitement conscience qu’un jeu en ligne doit modérer les comportements toxiques. Mais lorsqu’un joueur conteste calmement une sanction et fournit même un replay, la moindre des choses serait d’avoir une réponse humaine, claire et transparente.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai surtout eu l’impression de parler à des bots qui répètent les mêmes messages en boucle sans véritable examen du dossier.

Très mauvaise expérience du support client.

Il gioco è bello , non si può negare... Ma si può constatare chi come me gioca da anni , che è pilotato e i grandi giocatori non giocano con giocatori che hanno appena preso il gioco per mano. Loro sono molto propensi ( wargaming ) a fare soldi. E ci riescono , e fin qui ovviamente tutti giusto . Ma c'è in ma ! Perché i giocatori non hanno mai un equo dosaggio di abilità. Ti trovi i forti da un lato , magari proprio quando un giocatore di rilievo sta facendo?- combattimento on-line guarda caso” sei sette kill e dall'altra parte sembra che giochi contro i bot. Quindi non cascateci è tutta una farsa , poi l'errore più grande è vedere nuovi player con livelli 10 che non sanno nemmeno dove si deve sparare per incutere danni all'avversario”. È giusto che questo gioco si comincia a scalare dal livello 1 come la maggior parte dei vecchi giocatori ha fatto e a proposito di vecchi di giocatori molti hanno venduto il loro account perché si sono accorti che questo gioco è diventato una schifezza. Sarebbero altre cose da dire molte altre ma credo che sia sufficiente chi vuole iniziare questo gioco sappia che va incontro a un gioco non equo anzi è davvero pilotato ma giocando o ve ne rendete conto e vi aspetto qui a mettere una stella come ho fatto io che è già tanto .

When I first started playing the game was great And half the time did well, great game play, now they put me with tanks that do donuts around me with 20X the fire power, so makes you think maybe I should buy a differn'tt tank, lol, spent 1000 on a tank that is like a turtle way worse then the ones ya get for free with the game.... the way I look at it, the game is killer and I love it, BUT, you pay to win, who ever has the most money to was'st buying shit on an continuios basis wins, you cant compeat with people that have tanks flaying around you with guns that destroy you with one or two hits, So to me Its a great game with a monster money grab, and even if you actually suck at the game Well no worrys, you can just spend lots of money and still beet everybody else, so to me that makes it a shit game,,,

This could be a great game if they could balance teams. The good players are mostly on one team and roll the other team 12 -0 wins in as little as 2 and a half minutes.

Sistema de penalización injusto, cutre y salchichero. No tiene vergüenza ni la han conocido. Después de 15 años los mismos escenarios. Con un toque agrio ruso acorde a su entender de justicia en el juego.

Muy buen juego Pero Para jugar y ser competitivo y entender el juego mediante streamers debes de conseguir sacar la mayor cantidad diferente de tankes de una misma rama. También debes de canjear todos los contenidos de los eventos del juego y también debes adquirir ofertas en los eventos de descuentos que hace world of tanks para ser competitivo.

been playing game for 12 years now, yes it is free but if you want to advance you will need to pay sooner or later. Game is rigged so bad with the top 10% having a higher R N G factor set at 100%, and the other 80% of players set at my guess 50% maybe less. when replays sent it to support they refuse to answer any thing about rigged battles when shown proof. that tell the whole story.

Worst game ever, not recomended. Bad matchmaking, bad rng, pay to win game, casino camble loot boxs

This game is nothing but gambling. Obviously.

As a 15-year captain and a 9000+ rating player, I'd say this game is getting worse and worse. It is run by a bunch of "money talks" clowns who have absolutely no sense of integrity. What is more important, this is one of the hardest games (not hardcore) for new players to join and enjoy.

Gra na poczatku losuje fajne mapki, bitwy są zrównoważone a po jakiś czasie losuje mapy, na których idzie mi źle, losuje BARDZO trudnych przeciwników a wspólnicy są strasznie słabi. Gra robi wszystko aby słabszy gracz zbankrutował i ją odinstalował.
Nie polecam gry - więcej przekleństw niż relaksu.

ta gra to oszustwo bitwy są ustawiane czołgi oszukane mówią że maja tyle penetracji a mają dużo mniej oszukane celności w czołgach często sie nie trafia tam gdzie sie celuje ta gra to PORAŻka nie polecam nikomu gra zepsuta do szpiku kośći

match making sucks, 90% of game to end up with total bad team while the opponents are all high stat players, they changed it few years ago so you got matched aagainst ur own lvl, was turned back after few weeks as all top players complained they had to fight eachother and kept losing their stats , as they only bump up their stats playing against less experienced players

rng is so bad u even miss shots point blanks as rng is -25 to 25 +

almost no actions against cheating, you have even full clan esp top clans cheating their asses off

wargaming promises alot but never lsitens to their player bases and only focus on how to drain ur wallets as much as possible

bans esp in chat happens alot for german and english speaking players while all east eu and esp ua and russian players can write what they want, reporting them is useless

wargaming is nerving and buffing tanks as they please , but still say all tanks are historical accurate ........... NOT , more and more wheeled vehicles enter the game , altho its a TANK game

I like their game but their customer support is one of the worst i know of.

They will scam you out of your money if they know they can manipulate it thru technicalitys in their terms and twist the truth, even if and when you prove your case they can and will use theese kind of tactics to try keep your money.

Predatory company that does not have any limits on their greed.

Wargaming har skapat en extrem "Power Creep" där klassiska vagnar som Maus och IS-7 gjorts medvetet svaga för att tvinga spelare att köpa nya, trasiga premiummodeller för tusentals kronor. Företagets affärsmodell bygger på att mjölka spelare på pengar genom att ständigt flytta målstolparna. Som veteran med 600 vagnar i garaget kan jag intyga att ingen mängd skicklighet kan övervinna de dolda fördelar som ges till de som spenderar mest. Investera inte din tid eller dina pengar i detta sjunkande skepp.

Das Spiel an sich finde ich grandios. Grafik und Steuerung sind gut gemacht. Wie aber auch bei anderen Spielen vor Wargaming.net ist das Matchmaking ein totales Desaster und zerstört jeden Spass, den man mit dem Spiel haben könnte.

Noch mehr als bei WoWS gilt: Wer nicht Top-tier spielt, ist so gut wie immer bottom- oder lowtier-Player, und kann in der Hälfte aller Spieler nur hinten in Deckung stehen und hoffen, im ganzen Spiel mal einen Treffer zu landen bevor man raus ist.

Da das Spiel gleichzeitig mit immer fetteren OP-Tanks mit immer absurderen Gimmicks überschwemmt wird, gibt es eigentlich nur noch "Erdrutsch-Battles". Ein Battle, wo man wirklich noch mitspielen kann, wird so zur Seltenheit.

Schade, es könnte toll sein, wenn Wargaming auch nur ein ganz kleines bisschen Rücksicht auf die Interessen der Spieler nehmen würde. Aber so ist es halt nicht.
