Lied about In Stock - Terrible Customer Support
Their site stated a contactor was in stock and on the product order page, boosted about 2 day delivery. I purchased the part, paid the 2 day delivery fee. No notices of shipping for a week. I sent an email asking where things where. Then another email a day later. Then a third email stating I would cancel the order if I didn't hear from them. They then responded saying the part wasn't in their warehouse, and it may take another 3-4 days for them to receive the part (10 days after my order). I waited and again, no shipping email. I emailed repeatedly with no responses. After over 3 weeks, I found the part elsewhere and told them to cancel my order. They didn't respond to that email for 3 days. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY to deliver your part on time or respond to your coorespondense.

We have read your review very carefully and are sincerely sorry to hear about the experience you described.
However, after carrying out several thorough checks of our systems and World Automation Store’s transaction history, we have been unable to identify any order or incident matching the situation you reported.
For this reason, we contacted you requesting additional information so that we could identify the order and investigate exactly what happened. Unfortunately, to date, we have not received the information required to carry out this verification.
Furthermore, some aspects described in your review appear to be very different from our standard operating procedures.
In particular, our shipments are managed through automated systems using the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of the order, specifically to minimize the possibility of errors regarding the shipping destination.
The payment procedure you described also does not correspond to the standard operation of our system. Our website does not automatically authorize any sale, nor does it request payment before the availability of the product has been checked and confirmed by our staff.
Only after the customer receives confirmation that the product is available is the corresponding payment link generated and sent.
This procedure is necessary because World Automation Store operates simultaneously through its own website and three additional marketplaces, for a total of four sales channels. Before authorizing a purchase, our staff therefore verifies the actual availability of the product across all sales channels, as an item may already have been sold or reserved elsewhere.
As a result, no payment is charged before product availability has been confirmed. This is a standard procedure built into our system and applies equally to all customers.
For these reasons, the experience described in your review appears to be significantly different from both our normal operating standards and the procedures recorded in our systems.
Nevertheless, we remain fully available to review any documentation relating to your purchase, including your order confirmation, invoice, payment receipt, correspondence, and shipping information. You are welcome to send this documentation to us by email so that we can accurately identify the transaction and carry out the appropriate internal investigation.
Should the documentation confirm the circumstances you described, we will of course be prepared to take full responsibility, assess appropriate compensation for any damages caused, and take the necessary internal action regarding the person responsible for handling the order.
Our main objective is to understand exactly what happened and, should an issue actually have occurred, to ensure that a similar situation cannot happen again.
We therefore remain available and look forward to receiving your response and the documentation required to investigate this matter further.
