Just asking for samples.They arrived in good time and were free. Unfortunately won't be using the company as worktops are being sorted by the kitchen fitter.

I ordered two worktops

I ordered two worktops ! The order process was straightforward i entered my post code which gave me a quote and delivery date ! Paid & checked my bank account and there was a different company taking the money ! I rang w/hub to query this and was told because of my location in Scotland I would have to pay an extra £20 to have my order delivered was given a different delivery date which was not acceptable ! Should have been notified of this at the point of putting my post code in to order ? I ended up cancelling

A good product and service.

Worktop hub are good about sending samples so I can look for a good match for my kitchen cupboards. When I’ve chosen the product they have been easy to buy from and deliveries have been carried out in a professional and timely manner. When I had an issue and needed to change a date, I phoned and the staff were extremely helpful. All in all, a good product and service.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, they took photos of all the worktop that we were interested in. Ordered and delivered the next day, even the couriers were super helpful too!

The company and the product were very…

The company and the product were very good. I mist the first delivery which was no fault of theirs I contacted them and they could deliver the next working day,I wasn't going to be in so the arranged it around me. The delivery lads were very good as well 👌 👏

Check your delivery

Worktop arrived as indicated and put straight into the garage for storage and ticket marked ‘ unchecked’ as it was raining. When it came to being used we noticed front corner edge was damaged and scratch on same area. As the top was due to be cut to form a L shape we managed to hide the damaged edge. Also ordered a Colourfill tube but that was not sent and had to ring up about it. However counter itself was a good colour and overall looks great.

Not happy with our missing upstand in…

READ THE T&C BEFORE ORDERING FROM WORKTOP HUB!!!
Not happy with our missing upstand in our delivery today. Phoned Worktop hub while the delivery driver was here. After 2 hours of waiting for them to ring back I had to contact them.
I was told by the lady that I shouldn’t have booked anyone in to fit my work tops until I receive the order.
Who does that? When its hard to get a tradesman quick these days. And when I asked where it says that she quoted the T&C.
Bad customer service.
