They don't love NDIS. They only love $$ for delivering crap. For them every NDIS Participant that has fallen in their crap trap is also mentally disabled to be treated the way these heartless people like. They are dodgy like a typical NDIS Ripper provider we see in the news frequently. Soon this 'mourn out steals' will make headlines showing Dean and Andrew flying in a chopper... Police one. Heartless, senseless and shit brained individuals that want to sell meals only by showing half naked women eating pig shit and shaking head like a baboons butt. They would literally slam dung an expired meal in the carton to make you feel it broke during transportation yet expecting a salute for not enabling a disabled person eat that expired meal. They also prepare meals in batches and then totally disregard what you ordered by mixing different meals and make you feel like an honest mistake on their part. Fact is, dishonest businesses hardly survive, even if they do they'd never find peace by cheating innocent people let apart disabled people like me.
So, NDIS people stay away from these greedy liars. There are other faor traders truly helping NDIS Participants. NDIS really needs to investigate such providers. I at least know 2 other individuals with same stories.

Ordered paid everything was confirmed waited nothing showed up finally I emailed them asking what’s happening they said they didn’t deliver to my address and can I send another address for it to be sent to umm no, zero communication until I chased it up asked for a refund they said 10 days it’s been over 10 days no refund absolutely terrible business beware.

This is the second time this company has failed to deliver my food order.
On the day of delivery, I got a text saying my order was not coming and that I needed to contact them. That is ridiculous, especially when they do not have a customer service phone number, only an email address.
The first time this happened, I was told my order would be resent on the next delivery day. Today was that day, and again nothing was delivered. I also emailed during the week to confirm, and nobody replied.
After the first issue, it took three weeks to get my refund. I expect the same again this time.
Very disappointing service, poor communication, and no real support when things go wrong. We will never order from them again.

Very disappointing, I’m just reading all the reviews now and I didn’t have the experience with delivery and website that most have had but the meals are appalling. I ordered as I thought the air fryer meals were a great idea but the food was terrible. I got through four of them before canning the rest. The Paella was a bland soggy mess and the fried chicken had a pungent smell to it - I don’t know what’s going on here but I would question when things were cooked and packed.
Glad I didn’t sign up for a subscription.

I've had 6 orders with Workout Meals, all but 1 something went wrong. From not being delivered, being charged delivery when I shouldn't have, being charged and sent a double order because their website UX is abysmal.

Honestly, just avoid them at all costs. You'll thank yourself.

Meals were delayed for 3 days for no reason and no explanation given. I had to chase up when the delivery was actually coming as they hadn't sent me any updates confirming it's delay. When you try to contact them it's ridiculous and so hard to get a hold of someone. The number they provide on their website isn't even active so you have to msg through their website which takes them so long to get reply. When you do finally get a hold of them, they gave me conflicting stories. Customer service is so bad. Dont waste your time.

Don’t deal with this company. If you buy from them they start up a subscription service and it’s a nightmare to get out of. I was just trying out the meals by the way are terrible.

I am sorry but i had to leave a review about these meals cause they really are terrible . It’s a huge disappointment tbh since the fact u can cook them in the air fryer is such a great idea but the quality and taste is really really bad .
Won’t buy again .

This company kept my card details and auto-subscribed me without clear consent. When I tried to cancel, I was told the system was “being updated,” so I couldn’t make changes—and I was still billed. I managed to cancel my account the next day, but was charged again that night. Customer service is almost impossible to deal with: no phone support, the chat function takes 12+ hours for a response, and they refuse to process cancellations, changes, or refunds. In the end, I had to ask my bank to block them from charging my card.

Deliveries were 80% delayed with no explanation. Customer service team is either understaffed or using a dating app as their primary communication tool because most of my messages were left on read, misread or promised refunds and then ghosted completely.

Despite all this, the one food order I did receive on time was in my opinion better than competition on taste, portion sizes and ordering process. Would happily return as a customer if I could trust it to actually show up.

They have a really bad service. Their site is terrible. When I first signed in no orders were shown and contact the customer service (NO phone no. the number advertised is not in use. Only option is to chat) Agent was nice and she managed to send my order. Then after that I ordered food from the website once but, I never subscribed and they kept my bank details and kept sending me food and on top of that they charged me delivery charge of $15 all three times. And they have bad delivery service, and they leave food in a cardboard box outside in the rain last both the times. (used light n easy for long time they will deliver in a cool box and leave it next to the door) When requested to cancel the subscription person who chat with me disappeared.

They Opt you for free delivery and automatic reordering with out your approval. DO NOT FALL FOR IT

I recently had a terrible experience with Workout Meals. The customer service was non-existent. I tried contacting them through various channels – their phone line was disconnected, and I received no response to my messages on their portal, email, Facebook, or Instagram.

There was a delay of over 36 hours with no communication or compensation provided. When the food finally arrived, two of the breakfast meals had a best before date of just one day. This is completely unacceptable for a meal delivery service.

It has now been 5 days, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or acknowledgment of the mistake from the company.

I do not recommend Workout Meals. There are many other food delivery companies out there – use another provider!

Very average flavour and meal sizes. Ordered $400 worth of meals and gave $300 away as were flavourless and bland. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered APR16 for delivery on APR21 'business hours 2'. Never sent confirmation SMS, never delivered. Tried to phone 3 times but nobody answers and it goes to answering service. Left details on answering machine 3 times but they never called back. Stole my money? ($108.65 Order #46949)

Absolutely Love their meals! Finially I found proper food!
