I love how quickly they respond — a couple of weeks ago I opened a ticket and they replied in less than 3 hours. However, I don’t like that local holidays aren’t included (national and regional holidays are included, though).

There's also a chat function that allows me to create support tickets if I have any questions and the staff is always there to help. Payment deadlines and all other information are clearly laid out and easy to access.
