Workhand is construction software for working contractors — the people who run pool builds, general construction, remodels, HVAC, landscaping, and other trades from the field instead of the office. We replace the typical contractor toolkit of group texts, screenshots, and forgotten spreadsheets with one mobile app that handles every part of running a job: per-job chat with the crew, estimates with electronic signature, invoices (one-time and recurring), daily logs with photos, materials tracking, customer selections, time and mileage logging, and profit-per-job visibility. We were founded in 2025 by Andrew Bernardo, a project manager who spent four years coordinating residential pool construction in Florida and watched contractors lose real money because the field and the office weren't talking to each other. The product is built for the reality of construction work: phone-first, photo-driven, multi-language (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), and designed to push your customers, invoices, and payments into QuickBooks Online if you already have a bookkeeper. What makes Workhand different from larger construction platforms is the pricing. It's flat-rate, not per-seat. The Free plan runs a single job indefinitely with no credit card required. Pro is $35 per month for up to 5 team members. Team is $89 per month for up to 15, and adds job costing, sales pipeline, customer-facing job portal, QuickBooks sync, and Yearly Ledger reporting for taxes. Both paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required.
