Unfair review

I gave a one star review. This was unfair, it had been one of those days. As soon as Workboots.ie found out that someone had made a genuine mistake in the warehouse the correct boots were sent out. I received a prompt response and apology. So it's only fair that I adjust my review to five stars for excellent customer support.

You seemed to ignore my previous message:

"I have not ordered anything from your website.
Somebody else is using my email address.
Please contact them using the given phone number to sort this out.
If you don't plan to call them then please cancel the order."

And then you sent an email to my email address asking me for a review?

Vastaus yritykseltä Workboots.ie

Peter, i rang the gentleman today again and he confirmed that he left out a number at the end of his email address when entering it on the order. I have edited it on my side so it wont auto trigger an email to you again. He looked at it since my first attempt to resolve this last week and only then realised his error. Apologies for this
