We have verify patient eligibility on this ancient government portal that breaks every time we try to use other automation tools. Workbeaver actually handled it because it clicks like a person instead of trying to hook into the backend. It got stuck once a "loading" spinner, but I just told it in the chat to wait longer next time. It beats manually copying data for couple of hours

I read the reviews here before downloading and saw mostly good feedback, so I tried it myself. first off, it's an app you install on your computer, not just a website thing. i used it to automate spreadsheets workflows and it actually worked better than expected. only thing is you can't use your laptop while it's running, but aside from that, it's smooth. writing this just to give back to other people who might also come here as i did to check for reviews. it's an easy to use app, easy to install, and there's nothing to lose in trying it out and seeing it yourself.

What kept it from getting 5 stars is that it unfornately doesn't let me do anything else when an automation is running. It doesn't run in the background. It works direct on the laptop so it's not like I can use the laptop for something else while it's running... So when workbeaver runs I just use my phone for the meantime. If it ran in the background that would have been a 5 out of 5 so I could do something else on my laptop. Performance is A+ BUT it would be more convinient if it runs in the background

The delay between steps could be faster and smoother. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to execute the next step. I timed it a 5 minute task I would do myself, Workbeaver did at around 8minutes. But all on its own, so thats also perk. Could run it and forget it. But still, execution time could be better! Overall im satisfied subscriber

I like how it works but I wish there was a smaller starter plan as a student. I'm not doing enougn monthly task to justify availing the 15$ tier since I only need much less of credits than the lowest tier, If they ever add a micropay option that would be amazing. Kind of like 1000 credits = $1 if possible. Pay and run it as needed. Just a suggestion

I’ve been using WorkBeaver for ~3 weeks now and it’s honestly been helpful. The fact that I can just describe what I want done and it executes it feels pretty futuristic. That said - it’s NOT 100% perfect yet. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get the exact flow I want, and there’s a bit of a learning curve in figuring out how to phrase tasks clearly. However, I do see the vision of where this is going in a couple of months time.

I see the vision in what they promote as easy to use and there's no learning curve / integrations needed compared to Zapier, n8n, etc. However, you will need to know how to prompt your workflow on how it should be done. Sometimes when I prompt it, then I run it, then it does something that it shouldn't do - then I have to redo the prompt again and say that "You should not click on ____". This happened quite a few times at the first few days I was using it. Amelia, my account manager, was able to help my prompts work, so that was very useful.

Overall I think it's going to be way better in the coming months as I already see the potential and I've been able to delegate some of my tasks to it. Just a real tip is at first don't expect it to go 100% smooth especially if you didn't put an effort in your prompting.

A friend recommended this to me to sign up for the affiliate program to earn as a side hustle but I also ended up getting a subscription for myself. This has been helpful for managing what I do for affiliate marketing. Highly recommended if you're not a fan of building step by step workflows from scratch. But if you find joy in the set up complexity then this might be too simple for you 😊

ok so i never write reviews but this ai had me hooked. been using workbeaver for a few weeks now and it’s been a good experience. the beaver animations are so cute when the automations are running on the PC so that's an extra star for me on its own. i do a lot of google sheet work and it works really well for that. big props to the team too, i sent them my super specific use case that wasnt working at first and they helped, made my use case work, and sent me a whole demo video of my use case working. the personalization is crazy. i love it.

i rate it a 5 out of 5 cause the accommodation is actually so insane even if it's just a software. if im not mistaken this tool is new so i think it's gonna go big.

it was straight forward, what you prompt is what you get. i use this mostly for academics. solely for collecting data on google and pasting it on gsheets, it works well for that. I haven't tried any thing else but im satisfied for this specific purpose.

The first time experience was remarkable, it literally took control of my computer and ran the tasks on my Chrome & other internal software I personally use. One thing to note is that I had to play around with my prompts and how I described the tasks on how it should go, so that the automation would run the way I want it to be. Good prompt = GREAT results.

Shit prompt = well what do you expect.

I would just say to make sure to make an effort on your prompting to get an ever better result.

I signed up for beta access, it was free for 3 days, the tokens were enough for me to do a bunch of testing. Personally, I haven’t seen a software control my computer like this one did so that was insane to witness in terms of technological breakthroughs. However it could still improve running some of the more complex tasks I have, sometimes it tends to break. But for the more simpler tasks, it’s been seamless. I believe that this project could do much more in the near future. I recommend to try the free trial first to see if it fits your process, but it will definitely change the way you see these softwares.
