Unsealed envelope and a battered book
The book came in an open cardboard envelope. When I say open, it was totally unsealed - the postal dispatcher had not bothered to use the self seal glue strips.
The postman had put a rubber band around it but the book was battered because it had obviously fallen out of the envelope repeatedly. The contents of the book are good, but I will think twice in future for using Wordery for a £17 book.

So happy with wordery.
I've ordered a few books now and it just works. The books arrive when expected. It's not one day delivery but I never needed that anyway. I'm so happy I can buy books again without making Jeff Bezos richer.
