We've been using Wordela on a trial basis at my secondary school for the past few months. It's really easy to use and students have engaged with it extremely positively. Additionally, the team have responded to requests and developed features based on our feedback. Overall, this a fantastic app and I hope we continue to use it for a long time to come.
Wordela has been such a lifesaver teaching classes where textbooks do not exist and never will. With both Cybersecurity and Computer Science classes, I can type in a list of vocabulary words and since the app lists all definitions of the word I can quickly click on the one I want the students to learn. On the rare occasion that there is no definition suited for what I need, I can add my own definition. I really hope others come across this app because it is truly a game changer!
I've been a Wordela user, mainly on my desktop computer, for years. But the mobile version is even better! It's loaded with many fantastic features and has made it easy for me to learn new words and expand my vocabulary. I particularly love the flashcard tool - it's been a game-changer in helping me remember words. Honestly, it's hard to imagine my language-learning journey without Wordela.
