I give 5***** cos I have bought 10 of those items already as presents and all receivers are very happy about them.
So if 10/10 are positive, mean items offered from ye guys are what women wants for winter :) ;)

You probably need to read the whole review to understand the change of stars from a 1 to 4.

I didn't get much customer service until the poor review and they then sent out a replacement.

First order 26th September 3-5 days for delivery from their website. I contacted them on 30th and the 5th October.

They responded on the 5th October to say the first parcel had gone missing and a replacement had been posted on the 4th October

It then sat in Ireland until the 6th October but did eventually reach me on 10th October.

Was it worth it, not really I don't expect those kind of issues when I buy something online. It makes me want to buy locally.

However it has arrived, it is a very heavy Wooliee and appears on first inspection to be well made, stitched and the fabric is lovely.
The design is clear and the colours very vibrant. I had the St Patricks one and the panda, which is much more easy on the eye in a pastel green.

How any company who puts on their website 3-5 days delivery time and charges you postage. Just short of £100 for 2 and takes the money from your account the day you order, then fail to deliver the order deserves 1 star.
The first order presumably after 9 days won't be coming. Royal Mail not the best has apparently lost it.
The 2nd order they sent out on the 4th October with a new courier is now into the 4th day and it was sat in Ireland for the first 3 days. I may get this one but it won't be within the 3-5 days they claim on the website.

If the Wooliee is fantastic quality and I love it during the winter, the wait may be worth it.

Until it arrives how can I possibly give an opinion on it.

Bought one, now whole family is fighting to wear it.

Bought one for my Gf as her Valentine’s Day gift and she loves it! The quality is great! All soft and warm, she couldn’t stop wearing them in the evening. The service great too with fast delivery in Ireland.

Absolutely love my hoodie. It's lovely thick material and so soft and fluffy. I live in a very old house that's almost impossible to keep at a comfortable temperature in the winter and I haven't been cold since my hoodie arrived. My only issue is, I now need to buy another one so that I can wash the one I've been wearing! Super impressed with the delivery too. It arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order. Couldn't be happier!

I first bought the Wooliee as a present for my sister. However, after giving it a go I bought another one for my self immediately. Loving the combination of the warm wooly inside material with the velvet on the outside. It's just perfect for those lazy days on the couch at home! Quick shipping as well!

What an excellent product. I have the berry red Woolie and when I wear it its like I am being warmed n a bath. Soft comfy ... and no need to turn on the heating! FAST Post and easy returns. Love it
