Woody Oven Arvostelua 

Gas burner purchased faulty. Difficult to ignite and became worse leading to gas surge/ flare (dangerous)
Requested replacement which was okayed when in stock.(apparently 6 weeks)
Received complementary dough ball pack.
Looking forward to replacement gas burner asap

I ordered my first batch of sourdough pizza dough this week and it arrived within a couple of days. One of the main reasons I chose to order from Woody was the promise that "our dough is made using only 4 key ingredients: Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter & Salt - no additives, no nasties" and the ingredients listing on the product page echoes this.
Fortunately I noticed the ingredients listed on the packaging before defrosting them and they did not match the promise and in fact they contain rapeseed oil. This is a product generally found in mass produced pizzas and not in genuine Italian or high quality dough. I don't eat seed oils due to their inflammatory properties so very lucky I saw the ingredients.

Great pizza dough, very quick delivery

Got the oven a little while back which is excellent , just invested in the table which is high quality and perfect for the oven , utensils and prep. Tip: it does take a little patience and practice to master making pizza and temperature etc but good fun trying, try elevating the Shroomy 2.0 to a blue shroom by adding blue cheese,😋

I bought 72 doughs for my wedding celebration and I’m so glad that I did. They were perfect. They arrived on time. I spoke to customer service over chat about how long they needed to be defrosted, their response came immediately and was spot on. We would usually make our own dough but these were a great alternative when mass catering but also incredibly delicious and easy to work with. The dough is easy to handle with a little semolina or flour. We had a lot of happy and well fed guests. And bonus, there were a couple left over for lunch the next day. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend these doughs and this company and will definitely be ordering again

I no longer need to worry about trying to make my Dough and get frustrated why my pizza is not restaurant quality! Now I can concentrate on learning to get the best out of my Pizza oven and focus on the various toppings! Fantastic Dough. Just about to place my second order.

Got the Neapolitan Pizza Dough Balls and thought they were brilliant. Followed the instructions for defrosting and preparing and led to making brilliant pizzas at home using my Woody Oven. Been doing it for a few years, tried multiple dough companies, and these were best - also most reasonable price!

Quick delivery, I received next day to ordering. We had the sourdough and it tastes awesome, will be ordering again 😊

After contacting Woody about a delay with the DPD delivery, they got back to me over the weekend offering a choice of refund or replacement: I went for the latter and it has arrived as planned; unfortunately (and to be fair, it is probably the hottest day of the year so far!) it’s partially defrosted but we’ll just see how it goes! - thanks to all at Woody for the rectification

The oven was damaged when the box was opened…birthday gift for my husband. We suspected it was as we saw the delivery guy throwing it over (didn’t even ring the doorbell). Reported it and it was replaced within 3 days…great recovery!!

We really enjoyed the pizzas lovely dough so convenient to be able to take individual portions out of the freezer only negative was half defrosted when they arrived

Purchased pizza dough from a few places and the ones here were definitely the best. Have had some in the freezer for 4 months that I used recently and they were just as good as when they arrived. Great flavour and rise. Using a kamodo Joe, without the dojo, and the pizzas are great.
