JORD Wood Watches Arvostelua 

They stress they will contact you back in 24 hours after contacting them. Not a single email or call back. It's been two weeks since I paid for an Father's Day watch that should have been shipped. After seeing the horrible reviews I will no longer do business with them. I'm working with PayPal for a full refund. This is horrible business. Its 1440 minutes in a day. Jord is Not going to convince me they dont have time to provide order updates that's been paid for in full and should've long since been shipped.

I have called almost a dozen times trying to receive my repaired watch from jord, no answer, left many voicemails, I have emailed you them another dozen times, no response except a tracking number 2 weeks ago, had to call Ballwin post office as it hadn’t moved an inch, they told me the package was never received from jord, it has been over 5 weeks since they first received my watch to repair. At this point I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy a watch from this jord! Terrible customer service and terribly made watches! I will never buy another jord watch again, and neither should anyone else!!!!

I had bought a leather strap for apple watch, which was very difficult to fit into the watch. It needs lots of pressure to fit in and could damage the watch. I fixed one side and found the the finishing is bad and the edges of the metal was coming out from one side and had to return back to Jord. They said they will refund my money but delivered back after 2 week also not got my money back and did not hear anything from them after many emails. Hope at least they will give my money back.

I have 3 of these watches. Been a fan since their first series released. They're high quality, beautiful time pieces that always catches everyone's eye. Something that has always been important to me is also customer service and Jord is one of the best in the business. They ALWAYS get in touch with me immediately when I need them and are very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this company and product to any watch collector and wearer. You will not be disappointed. The money is well worth the quality.

I love the diversity of styles and quality of these watches. My first one made my husband so jealous I had to get him one too! I also love my sunglasses and get compliments all the time. I cannot wait to try more of their expanding product line.

The worst experience I could have! Purchased a watch for husband in 6 months fell off his arm! Now company wants me to send them 100.00 his watch is discontinued! Their 100 guaranteed! So send my money back!

The funds received from the watch alone where enough to help a local family. This family has a child with a critical congenital heart defect. The kindness from JORD provided a huge amount of relief.

In my order, I had requested for a caption to be engraved. The back case is see through and I was advised it would be done in top or bottom half portion.
I received the watch without engraving
Appreciate if you can go thru my order and send me engraved back case only, I can get it fixed myself

Unfortunately my watch broke down several times. I sent it back (from europe - I had to pay ~20€ every time) for repair and after a few weeks I got it back (sometimes working sometimes broken again). After sending it back for the 4th or 5th time I wanted return the watch and get my money back. They only offered a store credit. The only other watch I am interested in costs about 5% more. I asked them if it is possible to use my store credit without any additioinal charge for a new watch (instead of my old one).

Their answer:
"Unfortunately we can not discount the Limited Dover II Bocote. However, on this new model the movement and band is all updated.
It is outside of our policy to give store credit outside of the warranty, but we can offer this if you send back the Meridian Dusk."

In total I paid more than 70€ for shipping it back (for repair), but they cannot give a 31$ discount (450$ vs 419$).

The Quality (so far) is really bad, and the service is not satisfying. I would not buy a Jord watch again.

I've purchased 4 watchbands. The first one I customized sized a little larger so that I could size it down myself, since it was my first one. This worked out, and it turned out it was standard size anyway and I took out several links. I ordered three more. None of them fit and all were different sizes. One had a stiff link that didn't smoothly move. Emailed the company and I either had to pay for additional links or send them in to get fixed. Disappointed, I figured I'd just give them away over the holidays, not as presents, but just an open giveaway if they fit. None fit my wife who has a smaller wrist. Found someone with a smaller wrist and one of the three fit, so I gave one to that person. I found someone with a wrist that barely fit the smallest one. Still trying to figure out what to do with the last one, If you order from here I'd recommend custom sizing to get what you want with less hassle. They look nice, but be careful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I really like the look of my watch. It does not keep time tho. It’s been back 3 times (apparently for new movements) because it runs fast. Now I’m not sure what’s worse, having 3 movements that run fast or Jord not actually changing them. I am extremely unhappy with this watch and Jord was notified that I would leave this review. My wife was so happy to give me this watch for Christmas 2 years ago and I really loved it and only wore it on sundays, so the time gain wasn’t a big deal. But now that I wear it every day I have to set it every day or I have a watch that isn’t on time.

Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Jord watches look good in pictures but quality is poor. I ordered watches for family reunion. However, one of the watches arrived with a broken strap. The replacement and other watches arrived after the event, about 3 weeks after ordering. Customer service is difficult to reach. Not happy with the product and the company.

Love the watches but because I received a damaged timepiece (and by the time it was “APPROVED” for an exchange, I missed the window for the watch to be a Christmas gift! I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Customer care should be more expedient—especially near the holidays!

The watch is beautiful and arrived without problems in the size requested. My issue is that fresh off the package it doesn't stay in time. It wasn't implicated while ordering that I'd need a battery change immediately, which I'll have to do on my own dime, if that even is the reason.
