One of the things about working with any solicitors, or any service for that matter, is knowing you aren't the only customer they're dealing with. Conveyance is almost always going to be a long process as a million and one things can cause a delay, and delays can be with any number of parties. Inevitably you need to be keeping up to date on things to help move things along at times.

Fortunately, with Woodward we found the team always happy to provide an update, to explain what things meant when we weren't sure, and when momentum built up towards the end of the process to be helping ensure things got done in time.

Danielle Noon and Angela Howard were assigned to our conveyance, with all kinds of weird quirks in the sale and purchase to account for. Personally, I am the sort of person who frets about the details, but both Angela and Danielle would always put my mind at ease, explain things, and provide clear helpful advice.
