Pour une commande à plus de 800€ il serait bien de protéger davantage les colis. J’ai dû être livré deux fois car à chaque fois les cartons étaient endommagés comme les panneaux à l’intérieur. Il faudrait aussi choisir les entreprises de livraison avec qui ils travaillent… très déçue. Et j’ai reçu ma commande après un mois et il a fallut relancer en plus.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre commande ,bon nous avons eu peur car en ouvrant nos colis il manquait un élément de notre commande ,mais après avoir contacté le sav ,il nous ont fait partie de suite le colis et 3 jours après nous le recevions .

I experienced poor communication overall after my purchase and subsequent return of one of the two items. I had some difficulty with a product and after one customer service rep stopped responding to my emails, another did and essentially accused me of returning the wrong product and made me provide visual evidence that I wasn’t lying (perhaps just my impression but this is how it felt). No response when I showed that I wasn’t lying. Just an email with a refund notice. Not sure I’d use this company again.

Qualità del prodotto fantastica. Unici appunti che posso fare sono i costi di spedizione non inclusi nel prezzo e inoltre non viene specificato al momento dell’ acquisto che per attaccare a muro i pannelli, oltre alla colla, è necessario l’utilizzo di una pistola apposita. Un vero peccato.

We have the DUPPS (picture hooks) and panel covers in the copper. From the moment I placed my order Mick from WoodUp called and confirmed it personally and was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions. When there was a hiccup with delivery, he and the team were straight onto letting me know and keeping me updated. It was a great experience working with WoodUp for my project. I highly recommend their products and Customer Service.

J’ai commandé pour plus de 3000 euros de marchandise et je n’ai reçu que 3 produits….ou est le reste de la marchandise commandée !!!????

The quality for the price was not as good as i thought some of the wood had come away from the felt so I had to staple back on but most dissapointingly, 2 of the 4 panels I ordered were damaged. The return policy is costly and to speak to someone proved difficult so in the end I had to make do and hide the damaged panels behind a unit.
I had planned to order more for the bedroom but won't now. I went with this company because after research and receiving samples I thought they were the premium choice
They do however give the impact I was hoping for just really disappointed with the quality

The product is fine. I had one or 2 pieces that were rough at the edges, looks like it wasn't a clean cut or glue on the edge but only noticeable from close up.

The packaging is great and deliveries arrived in a timely manner albeit in multiple deliveries over 3 days. Returns are near impossible. I ordered enough to create different options because I didn't know exactly the setup that would be best but I didn't realize that it would be so hard to make a return.

Van de 7 geleverde wandpanelen waren er 5 beschadigd. Deze werden (kostenloos) vervangen, maar het heeft lang geduurd, na heel veel mailtjes, voordat dit uiteindelijk uitgevoerd werd.
Daarna hadden we in de vervangende levering weer wat beschadigingen, kregen toen terug dat dit hoorde en we het alleen in de winkel nog konden vervangen (wat niet echt realistisch is met zulke grote panelen).
Uiteindelijk wel blij met de panelen aan de muur, maar voor deze prijsklasse had ik meer verwacht dus qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zou ik het niet aanraden

Qualité du produit

Product is excellent quality. It assembles well. Ordering process was a little confusing so far as what to pick for the sets that I was choosing solid communication and I knew when the boxes would be arriving.
I've had many compliments from people coming into my office and immediately noticing the new dividers and shelves

Erreur de finition la photo était trompeuse donc jai commandé du beige avec vis chrome alors que je voulais du noir avec vis laiton...
Mais la qualité est là
