Woodstockfires Arvostelua

Excellent service, thank you.

Great products and superb online ordering.

After looking at an empty fire for so many years I'm thrilled to have a decorative, realistic fire once again. I wasn't sure which size product to purchase and went for the medium coals, initially I thought they were too big but it's because I was so used to seeing nothing, after a couple of weeks I am very, very pleased with the quality and look of the coals and I'm putting my fire on again for the pleasure of seeing a "roaring" fire ! The delivery was quick, price structure is good and I wish the company all the very best in the future. Thank you

Excellent prices, excellent products. Only reason they did not achieve 5 stars is because they managed to send the wrong product initially, but the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

very helpful giving me advice on my log burner and very fast delivery of accessories i ordered online. Just had log burner serviced by Bob and he did a fantastic job.

Good value. Good service.

Lovely kettle although ,being elderly, I find it a little difficult to pour. It is necessary to have quite a twist on the wrist. Also the rubber washer on the whistle fell off and got lost within a couple of weeks

Product just what we ordered. Came super quick and packaging really protected the goods.

I bought a AGA kettle for my mother in law it arrived on time and was just what she wanted no problems

I was waiting for my international shipment to arrive. I sent an email inquiring about my order and received prompt response the next day. They apologized and asked me to waint another day or two that it was on it's way. I received my package the next day. I'm sure Memorial day delayed the shipping a couple of days. Very satisfied with Woodstockfires company and would order from them again with confidence.

Goods (replacement gas fire coals), received promptly,in a well protected secure package. Coals are not "uniform", providing a realistic effect and continue to prompt positive comments.

The kettle whistle was exactly as advertised and fits our kettle. Also the price was cheaper than Amazon, so thank you.

I wanted a salt grinder to match the pepper grinder I already had. I received my order very quickly and was delighted that it matched so well

The product turned out useless but the transaction was ok

I had great service the goods arrivved on time and in good order i will definately be shopping with you again

I regret to say that the whistle does not whistle

Really good company, had the exact product I needed. Very competitive price and quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

Good delivery
