I previously submitted a low review because my order took so long to arrive. I submitted the review before the items arrived, thinking that the site was a scam. The support team replied, albeit several days after I contacted them, and said they would refund my money even if the items eventually arrived. The items did arrive, more than a month later, and they are beautiful. I think the company is new and probably shipped from overseas. If they create drop points in the US for quicker shipping, which they may do, that would resolve problems such as mine. If shipping is still taking very long, maybe because of demand and current shipping procedures, please be patient, the support is actually very fair, just possible overwhelmed by demand, and probably will improve. The utensils are beautiful and worth the money and wait.
