Efficient and reliable as ever. This is my fourth order. Despatch and communication run like clockwork. Their delivery contractor, Palletways is excellent too.

This was my first time using Wood Fuel Coop, and they were frictionless. The website is well laid out with adequate information about all their products - without hype. It was easy to pick the product to suit my stoves. Then, ordering was effortless and delivery rapid - with excellent feedback from Palletline

This is this second order I have placed with wood fuel co-operative for and they have been fantastic. Ordered a mixed pallet and all the products are all very good quality and have a really good burn time. Website is very well thought out and makes it very easy to add further items to your pallet. I also must add that the guys who delivered the pallet on both occasions were very friendly and helpful pulling the pallet into the garage excellent service thankyou will definitely order again

Woodfuel Cooperative responds very quickly to an order, lets me know when it is processed and despatched, and the delivery company informs me of the due date, updating with an email and text with estimated time (which they meet with ease). Brilliant service all round. (And the logs are great too, burn well and give out a lot of heat).

I am a returning customer to Wood Fuel Co-operative for several years now. Friendly, informative and efficient always. The website is very user-friendly and has a great range of products. The delivery is always quick and efficient. Updates given all the way through the process.

Great idea to be able to order a mixed pallet of briquettes, arrived well packaged.

Cant fault the seller. Good prices with fast dispatch.

Not so happy with the delivery service who failed to arrange a time to deliver, sent an email time slot with a start time in the past and then turned up 20 minutes later while I was out. A ton of wood is not really something you want turning up in the rain with no warning.

Their customer service goes above and beyond.
They are extremely knowledgeable about all their products and are only too willing to help customers make the right choice.
All my deliveries have been faultless, you get to choose a day then given a 2 hour delivery slot on the day, perfect.

We have ordered our heat logs from here for a number of years with great success. They are brilliant to deal with, have competitive prices plus a delivery system which is efficient and effective. If there is a problem, which is not often, they will always deal with it immediately and solve the issue. We will continue to recommend them and use them. Heat logs we had this year burn really well. Update: These logs are the best I’ve ever had. They don’t need constant topping up and it’s a truly impressive roaring fire. I’d love to upload a video of all my critters gathering around to admire it! My special thanks to Ashley for her kindness and generosity. My logs were cut for me in order to make them easier to handle post surgery. Wood Fuel Cooperative was a great find and deliver to Devon from Dumfries to numerous customers en route so I don’t feel bad about the “air miles” since I have no working boiler.
