Worst customer experience, they never deliver deliver the order on time and its been 15days and no update related to the order.
And always getting the IVR call where its asking for press 1 for tomorrow delivery and 2 for day after tomorrow delivery, but nobody sure in which tomorrow order will be received. Really a bullshit 👎

The quality supplies is worst when compared to what's shown in showroom. Customer service is the worst. Hugh price low quality. After sale service worst. No timely delivery, falls commitments

Waiting for more than one month for furniture to be delivered. Have ben given three different dates, and all the time the furniture has not even shipped out from the warehouse.

Buy from Wooden street AT YOUR OWN RISK. The chances that you will get the product you have ordered in a condition you are happy with are EXTREMELY LOW. I placed an order for the ‘Reyes bench’ in their Sarath city mall store, Hyderabad on April 12th. I saw the piece and ordered the exact same model in the exact same color that was displayed in the store. What I received was a piece in a completely different color. 2 months of follows ups with around 30 calls to the store( with them saying they ll get back and did not), a trail of 20 emails where they were convincing me to keep the piece, one carpenter visit (who said he can do nothing, I should ask for a replacement) later, nothing was done.i finally gave up and ended up with a piece which doesn’t go with the rest of my furniture. And all this while their executive was trying to convince me to buy a sofa for 70,000rs, a piece that is not even available on display in any branch in Hyderabad. I don’t know how this place is still running when they are clearly just making a fool out of customers. Never again buying anything from here. You have been warned.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service from Wooden Street India.

We ordered furniture worth ₹1.3 lakh, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed without proper communication, and now, even after the furniture has been delivered, the installation is being delayed as well.

When customers spend this much on furniture, they expect timely delivery, prompt installation, and professional after-sales support. Instead, we’ve had to keep following up without getting a clear timeline.

The product quality may be good, but the overall customer experience has been frustrating due to poor coordination and delayed service. I hope Wooden Street improves its after-sales support and values customers’ time.

Delivered defective cupboard and has been several weeks no replacementor refund.the after sales support sucks. Delivery is extremely delayed and defective. No escalation available. Extremely over priced.

Worst after sales service. Delivered faulty sofa-bed and now refused to change it. For Dinning table also chair cushion/fabric quality is worst. Please be aware while purchasing furniture with these people especially the high end products. Don't waste your hard earned money.

If I had been clearly informed about this warranty condition before making my purchase, I would not have bought a single item from Wooden Street.

Advertising a 36-month warranty while hiding a critical condition that the warranty becomes void as soon as the customer relocates is extremely disappointing. Relocating a home is not a choice for most people—it happens because of job transfers, family commitments, rental agreements ending, or purchasing a new home. Asking customers to "consider" not relocating is unrealistic.

A manufacturing warranty should cover manufacturing defects, not be cancelled simply because the furniture has been moved to another residence. It would be understandable to exclude damage caused during transportation, but terminating the entire warranty due to a change of address makes the advertised 36-month warranty practically meaningless for many customers.

This policy should have been prominently disclosed at the time of purchase. Customers deserve complete transparency before making such an important buying decision. As it stands, this warranty policy feels misleading and significantly undermines trust in the Wooden Street brand.

Please DO NOT PLACE order from this company. They do not have any accountability or ownership once you place the order. For us it has been a month and every time they give a date for delivery and the delivery does not happen, you have to cancel your appointments and wait entire day to know there is no delivery. this has happened 4 times. It has been a month and we still have not received the order. They do not call or provide status. We have to keep calling them for status once you place the order. We would have been happy to even wait for 3 months for the order but there is no customer service and no update from this company. No Manager to speak to either. Will never place the order again.

Very poor quality

We have ordered a Sofa with honey finish from wooden street and the product delivered is nowhere matching the color we saw in the shop. They hadn't told anything about different look and I was shocked when it delivered to know it is not at all matching with our other design and when we raised this issue for exchanging the product they took more than 3 weeks of time and they denied to even exchange or even to return the product. Hence, pls be careful especially with wooden street guys if you are buying anything, they talk nicely during purchase and promises as if you dont have to worry at all after the purchase with respect to their post service. However, it is pathetic and they mask their mistakes during production. Even the carpenter who came for installation has thrown all the waste around my house and just left with attitude. Service is very bad and they hardly give a damn about it. Be careful while spending lakhs on the products you purchase. Its not worth putting on wooden street for sure.

Bought a sofa here under the promise that it would be delivered in 3 days. Not only is it delayed with zero updates, but their customer service is an absolute joke. The customer care number rarely connects, and when it does, no one knows when my delivery will arrive. Even the store person who billed my purchase is now refusing to pick up my calls. Terrible communication and completely unreliable. Would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Product & Terrible After-Sales Service

I deeply regret trusting WoodenStreet. We purchased a bed expecting good quality, but it broke within just 3 days of use under normal conditions. A bed is a basic piece of furniture that should last for years, not days.

What made the experience even worse was the customer support. Instead of providing a prompt resolution, we had to repeatedly follow up, explain the issue multiple times, and still received no satisfactory solution. The entire process has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and wasted time.

The product quality is far below expectations, and the after-sales service is even more disappointing. If you’re investing your hard-earned money in furniture, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing WoodenStreet. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this brand based on the quality of the product and the way they handle customer complaints.

It is really bad, please don’t buy from Wooden Street. You will get stuck with them because your product will never get delivered. And they don’t refund, they will juts say ‘sorry’. It’s pathetic.

I have purchased two products and have been patiently waiting for information about my oroducts being shipped. I have called your customer care multiple times and have never received the information about when my product will be shipped.

They repeatedly say sorry and tell me that they will call me back with the information about when my products will be shipped but nobody calls back.

On calling back again the reply I receive is again a word 'Sorry'.

This is phathetic customer service where I have to call so many time for a small piece of information and I just get to hear 'sorry'.

Wooden street should inform customers before buying the product that the product will be delivered after one month. Please tell customers more time then you need to deliver the product.

By giving false information you are just adding to frustation of customers and loosing your own value. Please don't play with customer's trust.

I have paid 30K and I don't even know when my product will be shipped and where my product is currently. Today is 30th june and since 20 June what I can see when I track my order is that the product is packed and ready to dispatch.

Since 10 days my product is packed and ready to dispatch this is what all I know and your customer service is phathetic. Please close you call center as it is of no use. It is just adding to customer's frustation. Waste of money it is for you.

Please let me know when my product will be shipped and when I can expect to receive the two products I ordered.

Never buy any product from wooden street. They provide false and misleading delivery timelines. For me product took more than a month to get delivered.
They took 2 weeks more than the estimated delivery date.
Installation will take more than 4 days and their support is really really bad. you cannot escalate the issue anywhere.
Just check their reviews, everyone is complaining about it.

Indifference after poor workmanship

I have so far purchased three items from wooden street totaling an amount more than hundred thousand.tv cabinet very good but they sent bolts with the cabinet and no one knew what to do with bolt finally I found the use and told stores representative and they corrected after six month only on receiving other order,then came coffee table very good but a spot of gum on top on complain rectified clearly indicating negligence in packing and delivery and finally most expensive sofa with work experience of the company. worst workmanship for their price and uneven form seat finishing.major issue is sofa and lounger edge mismatch and as a result one of the bottom legs remaining elevated from tha ground and sofa on seating looks children cantilever.this did not surprise me as it seemed fixable and such things happen in process of production but attitude and reply of customer care they consider 75000 rs sofa defect minor and their expert carpainter could not see it now they say we do not replace or refund but the funniest part is I never once asked either replacement or refund an my 30 mails correspondence and I requested rectification no action ai generated replies and refused to give mail address for appeal or matrix of grivance resolution in company I am frustrated as one executive promised to rectify and the company refused to rectify leaving me with only option of other forums starting with consumer courts
