100% a scam company. You can't reply to their emails, it says undeliverable once you try and send one. The customer support online chat does not respond either. Also, if you google their "headquarters" address it's a rundown residential home in Minnesota.
I made a purchase on the 4th of January, 2025 to the “company” called ‘Wonesies’. The price for the item I purchased called “Officially Licensed Kuromi Blankie” is listed on their website for $84 but on the confirmation e-mail I was sent the order was $74 even. I don’t have any $74 charges on my account— however I do have two UNCONSENTED charges for $18.50 from ‘Wonesies’ one on the 20th of January, 2025 and another on the 3rd of February, 2025. I have not received any items from the company, the tracking information they provided has said “Shipping Information Received” since the 20th of January, 2025. I have reached out to the company twice to get information. The first e-mail went through but I got no response. I inquired again, the e-mail address suddenly does not exist. It is the e-mail address they have provided on their website. I message them on their social media page, they responded by asking for my order number, but once I gave it to them— they stopped replying. I have since then reached out to my bank to report the fraudulent charges and I have locked my card. Please get rid of this scam company. Their website looks very official and they have tons of reviews which I assume are fake.
Do not buy anything from this site. This is a scam. Ordered 3 months ago, received a tracking number that never updated. Tried to reach out to them via their website form, email and dm via instagram with no reply. Only got something when commenting on one of their post to expect a reply within 8 working days. It has been 3 weeks now.
