Wondrwall Group Arvostelua 

We were, I believe, early direct retail customers of Wondrwall, engaging with them in Q1 2020 (after a Sunday Times article about founder Daniel Burton in late 2019) for a remodel that ultimately took place in early 2021 of a 2009 Bloor home we had bought. Our architect was also involved with the communications and Wondrwall, from Daniel Burton down, have always made us feel as if we were getting personal attention – I have to believe it is down to company culture because this has continued for 5 years even as the company has grown considerably. Our installation included all relevant products from the Wondrwall catalogue as, from the outset, we had the gas connection capped in favour of clean electricity-powered far infrared heating panels, solar panels, solar battery, Mixergy hot water cylinder and all the associated switches, relays and controllers. We aligned with Octopus Energy at the beginning and the whole Wondrwall experience has definitely made us evangelists for their affordable, efficient and robust products.

It would be remiss of me not to call out Cam Wallis for his extraordinary efforts and continued support throughout - plus the responsiveness of his support team. When it came time for us to move on and migrate ownership of the installation following the house sale at the end of Q1 2025 it was a seamless exercise to hand over to Cam and his team to walk the new owners through its acquisition and stewardship. I really cannot praise the Wondrwall team enough and wish them continued success – great products, innovation & integration combined with exemplary customer support. The efforts of people like Cam Wallis, Yvonne Kemp and so many others were very much appreciated. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Wondrwall. I have been in touch with them on a few occasions when I have had problems with my thermostat and Wondrwall app.

Wondrwall customer service is absolutely first class. Whether it be via WhatsApp, telephone or in person, one really gets the feeling that Wondrwall pride themselves on customer service and I’ve never been disappointed when dealing with them. In the rare occasion I’ve needed technical support, I’ve been able to raise them quickly and efficiently to seek advice either by WhatsApp or telephone and I would like to point out that JAMES (who I had helped us both via WhatsApp and in person is an absolute credit to his company. James is extremely customer focused, very caring and has always (without exception) gone that extra mile to ensure we are properly looked after and our needs met. Lovely man on time sorted problem

In this cold UK weather, I had an issue with a faulty heat panel in my child's room, but Ali from the technical support team went above and beyond to resolve it. He arranged for a replacement panel to be sent out swiftly (within three days), kept me updated on the delivery, and ensured it arrived as scheduled.

When I encountered an issue, the technical team responded very promptly, even on a Saturday. The technician was extremely polite and patient in helping me resolve the problem. In the end, the issue was resolved quickly, and I am very grateful.

Got through to someone out of office hours during new year holidays within 10 minutes. Instantly resolved the issue and gave me clear instructions on how to fix the problem, promised to call me back within 30 minutes to check I had fixed the issue which he did.
Excellent customer service

Once I found the reset button on the side of the battery everything was easy,
Unfortunately, the mobile signal kept dropping so had to call back a few times

Wondrwall provided an excellent service from beginning to end. James replaced our defective part and was extremely helpful and professional.

Due to an internet glitch my system yet again wasn’t working on the Wondrwall app. After a couple of emails and a phone call trying to resolve the issue without any success, James paid a visit and managed to get us working again. All the staff are wonderful, they answer emails quickly and are patient, knowledgable and polite.

We have had Wondrwall bespoke fitted into our apartment and Ali has always been very helpful when ever we have required customer support
