Their website says that you will receive your order within 48 hrs, I waited 2 weeks and did not receive my order.
After several reminders, I requested to cancel my order, they cancelled it and gave me a refund.
They ended up sending me the video which only included my daughter's picture (no personalized message), even after issuing the refund.
