Delivered straight up to a different state for some reason

I’m not liking the color for my lips. Is it supposed to be different on everybody? Also it does not last long on your cheeks.

The lip stain does not match the color advertised nor does it last long at all. I am so disappointed and regret paying so much for a lip color that does not last. I am going to be contacting customer service for a refund.

This eyeliner doesn't stay on. It smeared a lot. It's not what everyone hype it up to be!

I was so excited to get my eyeliners and they are very good. The liner is great, goes on smooth and doesn’t wear off. I like the color variety and I feel certain I might be able to get over my cons which are…

First, the liner itself is so soft at the tip that the first time I used the tip broke off on to my counter. I couldn’t find where it went. After a thorough search I found the broken and ruining my shirt. I tried to sharpen the pencil with the sharpener … it didn’t work well and I wasted a lot of the eyeliner trying to get it sharpened. Additionally, if you touch anything with the liner like putting the cap back on there will be liner stuck to the cap. Then taking the cap off the liner pencil has liner on the barrel, then it gets all over your hands and anything you touch.

I know some of this is due to operator error.

I am enjoying the liner once I have it on my eyes. It took forever for me to get it off my hand and counter. I had to find something to get it off my hand and the only thing that work d for me was straight alcohol. If I manage to master putting it in without getting it everywhere I would for sure buy almost every color!!!

I would recommend getting the sharpener with your order.

I ordered my items over three weeks ago and I still haven’t received it

Customer service is awful. No phone lines to call. Email response is very delayed and at times seems like an Ai is responding since I kept getting the same emails worded the same. Serum oil for lips is drying. And return turn around time is too long. This company expanded and probably didn’t have sufficient staffing to meet the demand. I only liked the eyeliner, but with this experience I don’t know about repurchasing through Wonderskin.

FINALLY!!! A product that delivers what it
advertises. I have tried sooo many eye pencils over the years that claim to be “the one” only to be disappointed. Wonderskin
does not melt, flake, smudge, and is waterproof. They pencils glide
on effortlessly. Wonderskin is the ONE! They were having a great deal for three
pencils and at an amazing and reasonable price. So I said, ok, one more time! I’m delighted to say, these are a quality product with staying power and easily removed with any cream used for makeup removal. I will definitely be making future purchases.

I don't like the product at all. I made the mistake of buying three of them at once before trying it and then I went to try to return it and the return process is not easy at all it is actually pretty hidden. It feels like I was scammed.

In addition to the eyeliners, I ordered the eyeliner sharpener and it did not arrive. I have sent messages on the company has been non-responsive.

I don’t Care how good the product is… if you don’t complete the purchase, and you don’t respond to the customer, then you get an epic fail in my book.

The color and the staying power of the eyeliner is great. I would prefer to have a 'Retractible' pencil instead of one that has to be sharpened.

I am missing an item from my order and gave gotten no response. The eyeliner is wonderful. I love the long wear factor as well as the non smear. First eyeliner I have used that holds up to those promises.

When i order it is fast. When I email questions . They are answered in a timely matter.
