They didn't deliver my order, the courier couldn't deliver it to me, and they didn't refund my money. It's a terrible company, with terrible service and couriers. I chased the courier down the street for two hours and he never showed up.

The terrible experience I suffered through because of your service greatly infuriates me. During my time with Wolt Market Batumi I ordered coffee which turned out spoiled so dangerously toxic that I choked and vomited and my stomach grew worse. I spent hours cleaning up bodily fluids which swamped my entire floor while an awful taste remains in my mouth. What happened here amounts to dangerous health sabotage so your measly refund simply mocks me.
The situation becomes even worse because your entire customer support team excels only in failing to serve its customers. Your approach eliminated my cases without resolution by shutting them down in front of me while giving only meaningless automated answers. As someone who made almost 1,000 orders using your platform during these years I merit better treatment? Unbelievable.
This issue goes beyond getting money back for that single coffee. I need a genuine compensation because I endured absolute hell from your service and I hold Wolt responsible for this. If I don't get a serious response, I will escalate this issue publicly across every platform possible, including:

When Wolt claims in-store prices, then Wolt is responsible for ensuring prices are exactly the same as in-store prices so Wolt must have inspectors for this!! You cannot claim something and then say stores are setting prices themselves!

Ive ordered 2 dishes from wolt in Tbilisi.
The order was delayed due to the courier spending 20 minutes driving on the wrong route (he circled the left bank of the river, while I'm located on the right). When I pointed this out to support, they claimed it was a navigation issue, though it was clearly the courier's mistake.
Upon the order's arrival, I realized that the restaurant had made an error: the dishes I ordered were missing. When I reported this to support, I received nothing but utterly meaningless apologies. They did not explain the reasons for the issue, nor did they offer any compensation or solutions. They just offered me to "keep the delivered dish" even though I hadn't ordered it and didnt need it. The support staff just weren’t reading my messages and seemed only to be trying to end the conversation as quickly as possible, as if that was their job.
It can be usual delivery issue but i facing delivery issues every time i decide to give my money to wolt.
I ordering via wolt almost every day and each time i got just delayed or failed orders and pointless excuses.
So every time wolt fails, you wont get any compensation, you will just get "we will try to improve our service", stupid emojis. Wolt just cant guarantee you will get order you've paid for.

One order completely ruined the impression of the company. We ordered shawarma from MacShaurma (we had eaten there many times before).
My husband took one bite and got a whole hot jalapeno pepper in his mouth and felt very sick. We did not add jalapeno pepper to the shawarma; it is not included in the composition either. It contains regular pepper, which is used as a seasoning.
The composition should indicate each ingredient of the dish, and not selective ones. No one has to guess whether there are hot jalapeños or not. Let’s imagine a situation: an allergy sufferer looks at the ingredients in shawarma, doesn’t see jalapenos in it, and orders it. Eats it and then ends up in the hospital. Is this a normal situation? Such cases are considered in court.
They made me look like a fool and didn't give me my money back. They said, as if I hadn’t chosen it myself, that the jalapenos needed to be removed. I repeat, they are not included in the composition. It is your responsibility as a delivery service to create the right interface in your application. No one has to spend hours on the toilet because you didn't complete a line in your composition.
The support service is disgusting. You must respect your customers, because they eat your food, each at risk of eating something that is not included. Buy from them at your own peril and risk, because no one guarantees you that you won’t end up in the hospital or be made to look like a fool.

I received rotten milk in my order. I reported that to Wolt but they said that store is not responsible for the quality of products they ship... Really? No replacement or refund offered.

Mein Gehalt wird trotz Warnungen nicht ausgezahlt und sie machen nichtmal die Mühen um einen zu antworten. Ich verstehe nicht was ich mit 300 Euro ( was sie falsch überwiesen haben) machen sollen, dann erwarten die auch noch dass Mann weiterarbeitet. Wie soll das mit 300 Euro gehen wenn man auch noch 2 Kinder und eine Schwangere Ehefrau hat? Soll ich mich stattdessen für das Benzingeld den ich aus eigener Tasche reinvestiere? Ohne Stunden kein Gehalt. Von Emails das wir doch bitte keine Kunden Belästigen sollen ganz zu schweigen ( Ekelhalft für sowas zu arbeiten, die Mitarbeiter haben, die Kunden Belästigen) Kein Wunder bei den ganzen Angestellten die nichtmal ein Wort Deutsch können. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen hier zu bestellen es läuft alles Schief was schief laufen kann. Von den Sichtsysten wo wir wie Tiere Behandelt werden wo um 9 Uhr alle ihre Sicht buchen können. Und es nichtmal 1 Minute dauert, dass alle Sichten Vergriffen sind. Ansprechpartner gibt es keine. Büro ist nur als deko da. Es gehört ganz schnell dicht gemacht, vorallem wegen den Übergriffen, würde ich Wolt nicht empfehlen ihr gefährdet hier euer Leben, wenn ihr hier bestellt. Dann lieber Bei einem Seriösen Anbieter wie Lieferando, wo die Mitarbeiter qualifizierter sind, und auch bestraft besser gesagt gekündigt werden als Wolt
Delayed order, no refund
Placed an order from an avenue 1 KM away from my place. Order was ready in 10 minutes but got delayed more than 1 hour. After I reached out to their customer service they offered to return fraction of the price of the order even tho I recieved cold food. I wouldn't care too much about it, but the attitude customer service gave me was enough reason to leave this review and delete my wolt account. This kind of service would be borderline illegal in EU

Absolutely no concept of good customer service whatsoever.
I told them my food was cold and stale on delivery.
They simply told me that was a lie and asked for a photo.
I sent them a photo of the offending food (although you cannot see temperature from a photograph) and all I got was sarcasm.
Best tip: When you order food, opt to pay in cash - check the food before handing money over. If they do not allow this, just return the food. They will never learn what good customer service is otherwise.
