Wollaston BMW Arvostelua 

Probably the best after sales experience I have experienced despite my car being off the road with Wollaston for several weeks to diagnose and rectify a fault under warranty, Tayla from service provided weekly updates on the actions that were being taken and progress in resolving the issue. Matt, senior service technician stayed late on a Saturday in an effort to resolve the issue and called me to talk through all the attempted fixes in detail. Pleased to say my car is back to full health and as a gesture they kindly provided some accessories as a thank you. Thank you Wollaston and in particular Tayla who is a credit to your dealership.

Debbie Graham in sales was simply fantastic. She made the whole process of buying a new car a real pleasure. She was thorough, knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure everything was just how I wanted. Jason Bell also made sure I had the right financial deal, and that I understood all options available to me. I highly recommend Wollaston when considering purchasing your next car.

I have used the body shop service twice over the past two years and every element has far exceeded my expectations (and I have very high expectations). The team are extremely professional and approachable, not to mention the fabulous work.

Yes, I was contacted by the manager — but only to receive a complaint because I dared to express my frustration about being robbed. I had already felt that my initial complaint wasn’t taken seriously, probably because I was wearing a tracksuit and Nike TNs that day. Now I know for sure that BMW Wollaston doesn’t treat all customers equally.
To remind, I brought my car in for a service, and when I collected it, I discovered that money and my sunglasses had been stolen from the glove box. Apart from a young lady who was genuinely embarrassed, the Wollaston management did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
Yes, I was wearing a tracksuit — but I am also an engineering manager. When my own team fails a customer, I take responsibility and make sure the problem is fixed. Clearly, Wollaston has different priorities.

Unfortunately our car was bumped into at the airport and the guilty person did a hit and run! The front light and bumper was damaged which was an insurance job! Wollaston motors in Northampton body shop (Nicola, Simon and Mark) could not have been more helpful. Excellent service received thank you. Would highly recommend.

The car was in for a MOT and was done at a quick pace. Thankfully no faults. That being said I also had the pleasure of meeting Andre, one of the sales teams. I was talking about trading in my car for a newer model. He took his time with me and went through all possible options with me. Have a rough valuation and told me where I stand in the market. Gave me great advice which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel forced into buying a car with him which I like. Wollaston have always been great with me

Recent repairs were handled very professionally by the team of Simon, Nicola and Mark. Communication was excellent and work carried out to a very high standard.

Personally, I couldn't complain about anything. Good customer service, everything was clearly explained and I was kept informed throughout the time the car was with the garage. Speedy and efficient service. I was more than pleased with the results. Really well done Simon, Nicola and Mark and staff at Wollaston BMW.

I'd like to recommend the service I received from the Bodyshop at Wollaston BMW. They were one of a few dealerships I contacted about my windscreen replacement, but the only one to come back to me with a proper quote when they said they would (cheaper too!).

I initially dealt with Simon via email, but the in-person service from Mark and Nicola was great. Everything was clear, didn't feel like they were rushing you in or out, I couldn't fault them at all.

Will be having work done here instead of my usual BMW garage from now on. Thanks.

I had rust coming through on the front wings. It’s an 11 year old car. Nicola initially took my call and advised to bring it down and have it inspected. This did not take long at all. Simon and Mark checked the car over and we agreed it’s best to have both front wings done. The process was very easy and I was very well looked after. They took very good care of my car. After collection I noticed a trim part missing. It was missing in the first place. Mark advised they would fit it at no extra cost. Which is very much appreciated. The body shop is really good and I can’t wait for them to have their new building finished as I would like my diamond cut alloys refurbished. Big shout out goes to Simon, Nicola and Mark!! Really professional and courteous.

BMW Wollaston Bodyshop were brilliant. I had taken out their minor damage repair cover when I brought a used Mini Countryman. When I needed it for scuffs and scratches this week the Bodyshop manager Mark met me at their depot inspected the car and then proceeded to fix . The result was excellent; the service from the body shop team was excellent and the manager was excellent. Thank you so much. Car looks like new. Thank you

I would just like to address a couple of points regarding your reply to my original review and experience
You say that the Motorcycles are being displayed in the MINI showroom at present .... this is not the case... you only had four on display at the time of my visit and there were approximately fifty on your site at the time

At the time of my visit it was raining and nobody offered to bring any bikes over or to take me to view the bikes where you were storing them , are potential buyers aware that cold calling is pointless

You say that the refurbishment is short term but it's been going on now for ages and given that you planned for this in advance why didn't you put something that was much better in place at the planning stage

Your website in my opinion deliberately holds back a lot of this which causes customer confusion and disappointment

BMW seems to think that Motorcycle buyers want the same experience that their car buyers look for but this is not the case , Motorcyclists look for a community and you have lost sight of this and the fact that you have a couple of bikes in the MINI showroom surrounded by corporate sales people only goes to prove this point

I recently went to Sutton's Honda in Tamworth which has a huge range of Triumph motorcycles on one floor and a Large range of Honda and pre owned motorcycles on another ... a lovely experience and an enthusiastic team of knowledgeable bike sales staff ... not a corporate car sales man / woman in sight !!

I would give this a Zero but didn’t have the option. I found a car online which had the opinion to reserved it instead I went to see it at the dealership once I got there I was told “it had been sold and I was about the tenth person to enquire in the last three days “ so it had been sold for 3 days when asked why it’s till on line I was informed that BMW only take them off line once the car had arrived at the dealership and not when it gets sold.???
Not only that but the so called salesman never tried to engage in any other sales . I WENT TO BUY A BMW.
poor service. Poor sales. Poor Wollaston. never going back

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Simon, Nicola and Mark from the bodyshop, for the fantastic job they did repairing my car. From start to finish, the service was personal, friendly, and efficient. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the final result was brilliant.

I had an issue after a piece of metal fell from a BP car wash and damaged my BMW. Nicola and Simon were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough in what turned out to be a very difficult situation with BP.

Simon and Nicola went above and beyond, taking it upon themselves to handle everything for me. Thanks to their dedication and support, the repair process was smooth and stress free and my car looked amazing once it was finished. I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and care.

I have just part exchanged my old 3 series for a newer model and I love it!!! A massive thankyou to Ryan Reardon who was very pleasant and professional throughout and went the extra mile to source me the exact car colour and high spec I was looking for before they had even launched the car onto there website. This is the sixth car my wife and I have purchased from BMW Wollaston over the years and all cars have been very reliable. I would recommend BMW Wollaston to everyone and if you are looking for a used BMW ask for Ryan Reardon and you will be in very good hands!

Shocking service. This has to be the worst BMW dealership in the United Kingdom. My wife's car was booked in for a service today. They called yesterday to confirm the appointment, but failed to mention that the dealership is currently undergoing redevelopment and has moved to a temporary location.

We arrived at the original site only to be greeted by construction work, with no clear signage or communication about the new location. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating, especially as both of us had work commitments.

I called the dealership for clarity as my wife was getting understandably distressed. The receptionist was of no help whatsoever — she repeatedly asked for my name but couldn’t answer the most basic question: Where is your service centre currently located? No awareness, no professionalism, and no regard for customers’ time or convenience. Absolutely atrocious service.

My GS1300 was picked up today for its running in service the collection driver was professional and courteous’ later in the day I received a video via text message from Charlotte the bike technician describing the bike and status of various components once again she was both professional and informative in the video then within 5 minutes I received a call from Ben in the service department saying the bike would be delivered back too me the next day at an agreed time. Fantastic Dealership and highly recommend.
