Right from the start Maisie has enjoyed Wolfworthy. Never any need to tempt her or add anything and the advice on feeding is brilliant, helping to get the right portion size to keep her weight steady.

I realised my dog was going to run out of food earlier than planned and I went on to the online chat to see what I could do. Holly on the chat was so so helpful and has arranged delivery for tomorrow. We have used this food for 5 years and even with the change in size of the kibble, my dog absolutely loves it x

I started my shitzpoo on wolfworthy around 2 years ago. I and she was very satisfied with the food. It was good for her she stopped scratching and she loved the lovely meaty smell. The lastv2 7.5 kilo bags I have bought something has changed. The 1st bag I noticed the size of the kibble had changed it was much larger. I noticed my dog started scratching again. I got in touch with wolfworthy and was assured that only the size had changed and that the ingredients were the same. The reason I was given for the size change was that customers wanted a larger size. I have not seen any sign of this in all the reviews.
I have recently received my 7.5 kilo bag. Love and behold the kibble has changed again. This time the colour consistency and smell of the kibble is totally different. I always loved the smell of the food it smelt almost good enough to eat myself.
I sent a photo of comparison of the two different deliveries. The difference was apparent. Once again I was assured there is no difference from when I first started buying wolfworthy. The meaty smell of the food is missing. It has recently cost me £273 at the vets who informed me that because my dog was constantly scratching she has probably become allergic to something. He has advised me to buy her hypoallergenic food. This scratching and itching only started from the purchase of the kibble when I first noticed a change of appearance. Has anyone else noticed this?

Bought 3 samples. Dog loved the original do ordered sack. Arrived totally different colour and shape. Light brown not the rich dark brown of sample. Dog will not eat. Supplier offers refund if I pay return costs.

I see a long standing customer is also furious at the change and will not be purchasing again.

I sent away for a sample of the food. What I didn’t realise was that a subscription followed with interest as it was through PayPal. I had no notion of this monthly payment as it’s a smallish amount so can go unseen. I’m not even sure what the subscription was for? I finally after 2 weeks of research found a number to contact through PayPal and the subscription was stopped. This went on for well over a year with no contact what so ever from Wolfworthy I would still like to know what I was actually paying for because there were no emails or other form of communication. Please beware!!!

What a wonderful find! I have a 9 year old post liver shunt poochon who not only is extremely fussy but I also have to be weary of what I feed him as his stomach is so sensitive. I've had to change his diet several times because he either refuses to eat what I give him or his stomach can't cope with an ingredient in the new food, it's distressing to see him poorly. and it's expensive leaving me with lots of different foods which I end up donating to the nearest dog shelter. I've been cooking him chicken thighs twice a day to mix in with another brand that is supposed to be gut friendly but he was continually getting bloated and ending up with diarrhea and then started turning his nose up even on the chicken. For his sake it had to stop , he's getting on at 9 years old and having an upset stomach especially in this heat was too much for him. I discovered wolfworthy the through an advert for a sample pack on Facebook,their claims about the food seemed to good to be true so I ordered one of the "original recipe "out of curiosity and wow, for a dog that turns his nose up to most things these went fast, they are not hard and ultra dry like most dry dog foods and with only half his teeth left it's a lot easier for him to chew. I used the tester pack as treats and he just kept asking for more so I went to website and in 10 minutes I'd set up a subscription for the "original recipe" in the small bag size, I think it's 1.5 kilo , that size in his old brand would normally last a month ..nope.. it was gone within the three weeks that were stated in the feeding guidelines calculator with hardly any left in his bowl when he'd finished eating. Impressed I emailed wolfworthy to see if it was possible to switch over flavours without having to go through the whole slow feed process again and happily they said yes and I easily switched my subscription over to the oily fish as omega oils help dry itchy skin.
The bag arrived this morning on time with free 24hr royal mail delivery, I put a slightly larger portion down than he should have with a sprinkle of the Beef topping I ordered at the same time and for the first time in ages his bowl has been so clean you'd have thought I'd just gotten it out of the dishwasher! It may seem quite expensive at first but I spent £70 in total for a 7kg bag and two tubs of beef powder topping and that will feed him for around 5 months that's £14 month that's £2 cheaper a month than his previous dry food and £23.92 a month for fresh chicken. Total savings over the 5 months £129! That's a huge saving, and the first time I've worked that out for myself and I'm impressed!

Hi. I approached Wolfworthy re the recent change in kibble shape. The new kibble does not smell ( the old kibble had a rich meaty smell and a level of oiliness). The New shape kibble is paler and does not have the rich smell and is very dry - not the same as far as I can see
Customer services just said the kibble will alter slightly from batch to batch. Funnily enough I have been a customer for several years and never had a change in the quality, colour or small before!
They can only say if I buy a new bag and I am not happy I can return it to them. As a long term loyal customer I was very disappointed. I asked for a small sample to check for this difference in batches but was told they could not help me
Sadly there are many more good kibble companies out there some of which are much cheaper. There is a

I purchased trial packets for my 2 labs and they loved it from the word go. Ordered and delivered in record time I have tried them on 2 flavours and they are thriving. The quality of the product and information in the packaging with follow up emails make the transition simple and seamless. My girls are happy, healthy and have the shiniest of coats. Really pleased I moved them to dried raw food it is the best decision I have made other then getting the two girls in the first place!

Excellent food for my very fussy cavapoo tried hundreds of different food before and he would turn his nose up after a few days been eating this for about a month now and actually cries when it is his dinner time and clears the mat so pleased that I have found a food that my dog loves and is 100% good for him would highly recommend

Have bought this every summer over the last few years as we take our dog abroad. They've changed the recipe so the food is now harder, more like standard kibble. Now have three bags of the stuff my dog won't eat.

Post reply edit - Wolfworthy have responded re the recipe but something fundamental has changed - clearly the combination of taste and texture does not appeal. Multiple reviews below state the same thing. If it works for your dog great but if you've used it in the past beware that its not the same product anymore

Our Goldie was on Royal Canin as a pup, she never took to the adult version so we had to try something else.

We went to Tails, she liked the wet stuff but not the dry, and after a few months ended up just not eating it at all.

We briefly tried Pure but she wouldn’t touch it.

Friends recommended Butternut Box and she absolutely loved it, she was eating normally but sadly it didn’t like her and she ended up with a permanent upset tummy - we tried all the flavours and had all tests done at the vet but they couldn’t find anything wrong with her.

We were really reluctant to change away from a food she loved so much but felt it couldn’t be doing her good having such sloppy poos for so long (12+ months), not to mention the mess in the garden and on walks.

Another friend recommended Wolfworthy, and OMG what a difference. From the first transition meal of only 25%, things were already looking better, and now on her last day of 75%, she’s actually back to normal, she loves it and her poos are properly formed, zero slop - after over a year, we never thought we’d get to this point - thank you Wolfworthy!!

She’s on original, the ordering and (free) delivery couldn’t be simpler, the quality seems great and it’s a good bit cheaper than Tails and Butterbut box - oh, and it’s nice to have space in our freezer again!

I bought a sample bag of food for my dog. She loved it and emptied her dish twice as she is small.

I purchased a 1.5 kg bag and the food did not smell the same or look the same and according to my dog, it didnt taste the same as she will not eat 1 piece of kibble.
Sending it back tomorrow - really bad marketing.

I have been buying Wolfworthy from not long after it initially launched. A loyal customer. In the first instance, the dog food seemed great, but it appears to have changed somewhat more recently. We tried different flavours (the fish absolutely smells horrendous - my dog won’t go near it). I feel we, as customers, need more transparency from the company - have the ingredients changed? It’s a real shame as I’ve supported this brand for a long time:, but now feel both the food and company are simply not where they need to be.
I travel quite a bit and the cancellation process is unbelievably bad. And it’s every single time I try to cancel. The system must be designed to make it impossible and will direct me to reschedule - which doesn’t work for my situation. The cancellation button disappears, it glitches, it goes back to home page - it takes about half an hour of repeated instructions to even keep the page still enough through extreme page wobbling, to even touch the cancellation button - and then it returns to homepage. THIS IS EVERY TIME I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL OVER THE YEARS, so not a new problem - and yes, I’ve complained about this to the company before. It’s such a silly, ridiculous and needless process, and ultimately, where customers such as myself, simply conclude; that’s it, I’m going somewhere else. It’s the final straw for me. Do better, Wolfworthy.

Our 11 year old husky has become more food fussy with age, but we asked for advice to the Wolfworthy team and with their great help our girl loves all the flavours of the food. Many people on our walks think she is only 5 years old not 11 years old. So glad we feed her Wolfworthy. Thank you team Wolfworthy.

Our dog very picky eater, especially when it's fishy food, but Wolfworthy Oily Fish kibbles never stops him.

I’ve been feeding Wolfworthy Oily Fish for quite a while and have always been very happy with it. However, the latest bag I received in April seems noticeably different from previous batches.

The Oily Fish recipe used to have a distinctive fish smell (which my dog absolutely loved) and a noticeably darker colour than Wolfworthy Countryside. I regularly mix the two recipes together, so I’m very familiar with how they normally look and smell.

This latest bag is different. The fish smell is much less noticeable and has a slightly sour odour instead. The colour is also much closer to Countryside than before. In fact, when I first opened the bag, I genuinely wondered whether I had been sent the wrong product.

I’ve seen other customers questioning changes to Wolfworthy products, particularly regarding the Original recipe. While my concern is specifically about Oily Fish, it’s reassuring to know I’m not the only customer who has noticed differences between recent and previous batches.

I’m not claiming that the recipe has changed, but the smell, colour and overall appearance are noticeably different from what I’ve received in the past. I would appreciate some clarification from Wolfworthy as to whether anything has changed in the ingredients, sourcing, manufacturing process or quality control.

I brought a bag of the original wolfworthy last month for my two dogs (Cavalier and Cavapoo).
They are usually very fussy, but they love this product and see it as a treat.
The best thing is both of them now have lovely firm stools every day (one of my girls always had loose stools and she is 8).
My mum commented on the coat of my Cavalier today and said she is looking much younger and more full of life. I would definately recommend this product.
