Let me start off by stating that I am a very experienced person when it comes to programming.

The following events are 100% true and accurate with screenshots to backup my claims.

On or about the 27th of March at approximately 3:40am, I submitted a bonus feature buy in for a game known as "Retro Tapes", my balance at the time was $74. After purchasing this bonus, I was faced with multiple errors such as "Server Exception" "Serialization error" and more. My balance was then $54 and upon returning to the game, the bonus was not applied.

"Fair enough" I thought, things happen, this is why I code once, test 10 times.

But... after 3 days, they claimed no balance change occurred at the time and requested further proof. I had submitted the error screen of the serialisation error, the screenshot of my balance after the fact, and the buggy page site-homepage/not-found, subsequently, I was unable to contact support as another user had stated and was forced to do so via email.

After being told to wait another day, I obliged, to which I was responded with a "Blippi" gif of "Alright" (highly unprofessional).

I am currently waiting for their current response, after being told to wait for a fourth day and being accused of lying (stating they found no balance difference)

Oh and after bringing this to the attention of chat, I was muted. They stole from me, they inferred I was a liar and then they silenced me.

I avoided the red flags on trustpilot and that was a mistake.

I told them to keep the money and I'll simply post a review because this is a waste of time. I expect them to try and remove this review like they do with others apparently.

Over the 3 months I was having a good experience I could make withdrawals and deposits no problem but then this happened I won around 120,000 trx then cause I was being nice and I knew that it would cost me more but I didn't worry about it. I have now taken further steps towards cyper trace off the crypto where it has gone and who I need to contact and I will be requesting the entire I have deposited. Oh they still let me deposit just not withdraw any off it

They state their games to be provably fair...my experience is another, few winnings every 35/40 spins and of very modest entity....they state 96% rtp, HAHAHA ridicolous.

After making a withdrawal for 0.03 eth($120) 2 days ago I received 0.006($25)
Thinking it was a mistake I contacted them via email and got no response.
Finally managed to use live chat for about 3 minutes because everytime you open the chat it closes itself so you cannot read or reply.

Only to be told the amount was correct as they charged me 0.023($100) commission for making the withdrawal.

So $120 withdrawal turns into $25 as they take a 75% commission not entirely sure what for as they don't have to do much.

So unless you want to be stolen from stay away, your welcome.
