The bras are nowhere near

the size l ordered, can't find any contact details. They are a load of rubbish. What are trust pilot thinking. It is not worth one star, and l am out of pocket. Can trust pilot do anything? why do you support this company?

I purchased a bra which didn't fit. Got in touch to find out about a return, they said 'don't send it back, it might get lost'
I've never heard anything so ridiculous. They eventually offered a £4 refund for a £23 bra + £6 p&p. Complete waste of money...ended up handing it in to a charity shop.
Dreadful company....AVOID!

Especially if you want an option to return items and obtain a refund.
I have a small back and GG cup size.
These bras could not support my larger bust.
When I asked to return the one bra that I had not worn (I had purchased two) I was only offered an option of £4 partial refund and £30 voucher.
Be aware though……. There is a minimum spend clause on the vouchers!!!!!!!

Schade, dass man gezwungen ist mindestens 1 Stern zu geben.
Vor diesem Unternehmen kann man nur warnen. Egal in welchem Bereich!
Meine Empfehlung: Immer sofort löschen.

Kann sich dieses Unternehmen verbessern? Ich glaube nicht, denn das ganze scheint auf Betrug am Kunden angelegt zu sein. Ich bekam die falsche Grösse, eine miserable Qualität dazu einen hohen Preis, und ein Umtausch ist so gut wie unmöglich, denn der Kunde hätte dann noch mehr finanziellen Schaden als zuvor. Es wird bewusst getäuscht und dem Kunden werden durch tolle Bilder und Beschreibungen falsche Versprechungen gemacht. Gar nichts stimmt hier!
Nichts bestellen, das kann ich jedem nur raten!
Das Gutscheinangebot ist eine Frechheit obendrein. Hier will man nur versuchen, nochmals irgendeinen unbrauchbaren Mist zu kaufen.

This bra should be avoided at all costs. The materials are shoddy and flimsy, and would not support a larger lady, with use, pulling the item on and off, the material would simply sag! They do not utilise cup sizes, so you really find it difficult to work out size. No returns label is provided, and the company offered me £3 refund, and said they would only provide a return label if I insisted! Do not touch with a bargepole!!!

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
I also found that they refuse to accept a return and certainly do not refund what was paid. I have been offered a paltry £4, which I have finally accepted because I want to be rid of them. Of course will not use this firm again..

AVOID. China and you waste money and get nil of use.

Bras for my wife, nearly £50, total rubbish. No return address, just e mail. They said they will not. Re fund without the bras being returned. Then they told me not to return as it's expensive and they could get stolen in the post. Given up.

Hallo, bin mal wieder reingefallen. Habe schon mehrere von dem Typ BH mir gekauft. Auf dem Bildern sahen meine beiden gut aus. Dtützfunktion und so ein Müll stand dort. 2 Farben habe einen Weißen (wenn man ihn an hat, sieht es aus wie ein Still BH) Handteller große Einlagen aus dünnem Schaumstoff (sehen aus wie Schulter Polster aus der Bluse). Den schwarzen habe ich vor Wut nicht ausgepackt, 3-7 Tage stand das als Versand. Habe locker 4 Wochen gewartet. In allen zusammen gefasst, - 5 Punkte für diesen Reinfall.

Ich kann mich den Äußerungen der anderen Kundinnen nur anschliessen. Null Sterne sind noch zu viel.
Schrott Ware. Kein Halt für den Busen. Die Firme rät von einer Rücksendung ab, da Kosten zu hoch. Die Angebote zur Entschädigung sind grottenschlecht. Bitte nie dort etwas bestellen.

Ein Stern = mindestens 2 zuviel!!! Kompletter Schrott BH, macht aus Brüsten Pfannkuchenform! Rücksendung Fehlanzeige! Finger weg, nichts bestellen!!

Was hier in der Werbung versprochen wird ist nicht realistisch.
Auch bei einer normalen Oberweite bietet er keinen Halt.
Eine Rücksendung kostet fast so viel wie die Ware- also wandern die Teile in den Müll- schade um das Geld und eine Warnung an evtl. Kunden!

Ware hält überhaupt nicht das, was sie verspricht. Passform null, kann nur entsorgt werden. Von Entlastung bei den BHs kann keine Rede sein. Umtausch fast unmöglich und wenn doch, dann für richtig viel Geld. Nie mehr und ich kann nur allen Menschen raten, Hände weg von dieser Firma bzw diesen Produkten.

Die BH's haben überhaupt nicht gepasst. viel zu groß für die bestellte Größe, Sehr schlechte Qualität und keinerlei Stützfunktion. Wollte die Ware zurückgeben.
zig Mails geschrieben. Es kamen diversen Angebote und Versprechen für Gutscheine, wenn man die Ware behält. Irgendwann wurde eine Adresse in China mitgeteilt, an die man die Ware zurückschicken kann. Zu horrenden Versandkosten. Bis das Zeug in China ankommt, sind die 30 Tage eh vorbei.

Avoid! Do NOT order from this company! Product did not fit. Emailed to request an exchange. I have still not received a response. Their refund policy is very poor. You have to email them and receive a reply to get a return address before you can send the items back, and the return needs to be done within 30 days. So if they don’t reply to your email, you can’t send it back! So I’m stuck with products which don’t fit, and no way to return. Even if I did get a response, from reading the return policy I’d have to pay the return postage and also the postage for the exchange items, which will likely be nearly as much as the products cost in the first place! Avoid!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a set of 3 bras and followed the size guide. They were way to big. When requesting for a returns label I was advised I need to return the items to China which would incur high return costs. They advised to write the value of the parcel as £20.00 instead of £54.00 so its easy for them in custom clearance. I returned my goods on 23rd April and told by the courier I will need to wait until July. Ive chased for my refund and returns cost many times. Please remember within 90 days you can recall payment from your bank and once exceeds contact Citizens Advice Bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Courier will only refund £20.00. Im out of pocket by £64.35. Now they have said to contact the courier.

Absolutely useless. Unfinished, no support, itchy. Just a cheap fabric around two preformed cups. This is close to a scam, don't fall for it. Can be bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon anyway, but my advice is: don't!
